Abstract
Description
項1.
下記(A)成分及び(B)成分を含有し、(A)成分を含む連続相に(B)成分が分散してなる、組成物。
(A)トコフェロール及びフィチン酸からなる群より選択される少なくとも1種
(B)多価不飽和脂肪酸又はその誘導体を含むリポソーム
項2.
トコフェロールが、α―トコフェロール、β―トコフェロール、γ―トコフェロール、δ―トコフェロール、酢酸dl―α―トコフェロール、dl―α―トコフェロール、及び酢酸―d―α―トコフェロールからなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種である、項1に記載の組成物。
項3-1.
多価不飽和脂肪酸が、炭素数が18~22の多価不飽和脂肪酸である、項1又は2に記載の組成物。
項3-2.
多価不飽和脂肪酸が、二重結合を2~6個有する多価不飽和脂肪酸である、項1~3-1のいずれかに記載の組成物。
項4.
連続相に少なくともフィチン酸を含有する、項1~3-2のいずれかに記載の組成物。
項5.
連続相に少なくともδ―トコフェロールを含有する、項1~4のいずれかに記載の組成物。
項6.
さらに、L-シスチン及びL-トレオニンからなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種を連続相に含有する、項1~5のいずれかに記載の組成物。
項7.
リポソームにも、トコフェロール及びフィチン酸からなる群より選択される少なくとも1種が含まれる、項1~6のいずれかに記載の組成物。
項8.
外用組成物である、項1~7のいずれかに記載の組成物。
項1~8のいずれかに記載の組成物を皮膚に適用する工程を含む、肌美白方法。
項A-2.
項1~8のいずれかに記載の組成物を皮膚に適用する工程を含む、肌美白治療方法又は肌美白美容方法。
項B-1.
肌美白治療における使用のための、項1~8のいずれかに記載の組成物。
項C-1.
項1~8のいずれかに記載の組成物の、肌美白治療のための医薬の製造における使用。
(A)トコフェロール及びフィチン酸からなる群より選択される少なくとも1種
(B)多価不飽和脂肪酸又はその誘導体を含むリポソーム
そして、本発明の組成物は、(A)成分を含む分散媒(連続相)に(B)成分が分散してなる。つまり、本発明の組成物は分散系であり、成分(A)が分散媒に含まれており、成分(B)が分散質である。
(1)リン脂質、多価不飽和脂肪酸又はその誘導体、その他含有させる成分などを均質に混合した後、pH調整剤、多価アルコール、糖類などを含む水溶液で水和し、リポソームを形成させる方法;
(2)リン脂質、多価不飽和脂肪酸又はその誘導体、その他含有させる成分をアルコール、多価アルコールなどに溶解し、pH調整剤、多価アルコール、糖類などを含む水溶液で水和し、リポソームを調製する方法;
(3)超音波、フレンチプレスやホモジナイザーを用いて、リン脂質、多価不飽和脂肪酸又はその誘導体、その他内含有させる成分を水中で複合化させ、リポソームを調製する方法;
(4)エタノールにリン脂質、多価不飽和脂肪酸又はその誘導体、その他含有させる成分を混合溶解し、このエタノール溶液を塩化カリウム水溶液に添加した後にエタノールを除去しリポソームを調製する方法;
などが例示できる。
特開平11-1423の実施例3の方法に準じて、リノール酸含有リポソームの分散液の調製を行った。具体的には、大豆レシチン、リノール酸およびdl―α―トコフェロールを1,3-ブチレングリコールに均質に混合し、これに精製水を加え、フレンチプレスで処理してリポソーム分散液(リノール酸含量0.5%又は1.0%)を調製した。なお、当該リポソーム分散液全量に対して、大豆レシチンは4質量%、dl―α―トコフェロールは0.05質量%、1,3-ブチレングリコールは4質量%含まれるように、それぞれを調製時に用いた。
Claims (8)
- 下記(A)成分及び(B)成分を含有し、(A)成分を含む連続相に(B)成分が分散してなる、組成物。
(A)トコフェロール及びフィチン酸からなる群より選択される少なくとも1種
(B)多価不飽和脂肪酸又はその誘導体を含むリポソーム - トコフェロールが、α―トコフェロール、β―トコフェロール、γ―トコフェロール、δ―トコフェロール、酢酸dl―α―トコフェロール、dl―α―トコフェロール、及び酢酸―d―α―トコフェロールからなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種である、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 多価不飽和脂肪酸が、炭素数が18~22の多価不飽和脂肪酸である、請求項1又は2に記載の組成物。
- 連続相に少なくともフィチン酸を含有する、請求項1~3のいずれかに記載の組成物。
- 連続相に少なくともδ―トコフェロールを含有する、請求項1~4のいずれかに記載の組成物。
- さらに、L-シスチン及びL-トレオニンからなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種を連続相に含有する、請求項1~5のいずれかに記載の組成物。
- リポソームにも、トコフェロール及びフィチン酸からなる群より選択される少なくとも1種が含まれる、請求項1~6のいずれかに記載の組成物。
- 外用組成物である、請求項1~7のいずれかに記載の組成物。
