Abstract

The present invention relates to an organic electronic element including a hole injection layer material and a hole transport layer material, wherein the materials contain heavy hydrogen. The organic electronic element can be expected to have a low driving voltage, high luminous efficiency and a long lifespan, by mixing and using the materials containing heavy hydrogen and having superior driving characteristics and a superior lifespan.
