Abstract

　ＣＯ２センサや酸素濃度センサといった雰囲気測定手段１９を備えたままでも、恒温装置内部を滅菌ガスによる滅菌ができるようにし、培養の際のコンタミネーションを防止する。培養室の内部若しくは近傍に、センサユニット１００を配置し、気流発生手段２０により培養室２の雰囲気を内部に吸引することで内部雰囲気を測定する。さらに、培養室２内部の雰囲気を吸入・吐出する流路に高精度フィルタ２３、３４を配置し細菌や細胞が流入することを防止し、併せて、滅菌時の滅菌ガスのセンサセット１００内部への拡散を防止する。
