Abstract
본 발명은 제조공정을 단순화할 수 있는 후면 전극형 태양전지 모듈 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 실시예에 따르면, 유리기판을 후면기판 및 절연성 기판으로 사용함으로써, 별도의 절연성 기판을 구비하지 아니하여도 되므로 제조비용이 저감될 수 있다. 또한, 접착필름을 용융하기 위해 태양전지 모듈 제조과정 중간에 라미네이션 하지 아니하고, 적층구조체를 형성한 후 한번의 라미네이션 과정에서 접착필름과 충전재를 같이 용융할 수 있어 제조과정이 간소화되는 효과가 있다.
