Abstract

본 발명은 치아를 감싸서 닦기 위한 칫솔과 그 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 첫째 방법은, 칫솔모들을 여러 개 묶은 개별 칫솔모 다발의 높이를 비슷하게 한 후, 개별 칫솔모 다발들을 여러 개 모아서 일렬로 된 독립열을 만든다. 그리고 그 독립열들의 높이를 길거나 짧게 하여 치아를 감싸기 편리한 모양으로 구성한 칫솔을 제작하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 둘째 방법은, 종래의 일정한 높이로 식모 된 칫솔모들을 U자와 비슷한 형태로 깍거나 태워서 치아들을 감쌀 수 있게 구성하는 방법이다. 이렇게 하면 치아 안팎을 동시에 닦을 수 있어서 편리하며, 치아 안쪽을 잘 닦을 수 있어서 플라크를 제거 및 예방할 수 있다. 또한, 칫솔 이용자의 치아와 잇몸을 더 잘 보호할 수 있는 효과가 있다. 그리고 U자 형태 및 유사한 형태의 감싸는 칫솔들을 좀 더 쉽게 제작할 수 있다.
