本发明涉及一种点火器, 具体涉及一种手拧充电式点火器。
背景技术
点火器使用筒单安全方便,彻底杜绝火柴、打火机点火所带来的危害, 无论是居家厨房、 饭店、 食堂, 还是户外烧烤、 野营, 点火器都是使用者 的好帮手。
目前点火器主要是依靠电池提供能量,如申请号为 91215467.5的专利 文献中公开的电池电子式点火器, 该点火器采用电池提供能量, 但是电池 的更换不但给使用者带来不便, 也增加了额外费用, 并且废弃的电池对环 境也造成^艮大的污染。还有一种点火器可以参考申请号为 92200560.5的专 利文献, 该专利文献中公开的点火器是采用光能电子连续放电方式, 通过 利用自然光或灯光产生的电能为点火器供电, 但是这种点火器在无外界光 源的情况下使用不便。
在对现有技术的研究和实践过程中, 本发明的发明人发现, 在目前的 点火器中, 对用于提供能量的结构部分的设计都不够合理, 不能满足用户 对点火器既符合环保又能在使用上不受周围环境影响的需求。 发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种手拧充电式点火器。
为此, 本发明提供一种手拧充电式点火器, 包括: 壳体、 与所述壳体 固定相连的点火头, 还包括:
与所述壳体相连的手动驱动装置;
位于所述壳体内部的齿轮组, 所述齿轮组的动力输入端与所述手动驱 动装置相连;
位于所述壳体内部的发电机, 所述发电机包括定子和转子, 所述转子 与所述齿轮组的动力输出端相连, 所述定子固定在所述壳体内部;
位于所述壳体内部的电路模块, 所述发电机的输出端与位于所述壳体 内部的储能模块相连;所述储能模块与位于所述壳体内部的电路模块相连; 所述电路模块与所述点火头相连。
上述手拧充电式点火器, 其手动驱动装置、 齿轮组、 发电机、 储能模 块和电路模块组合在一起, 能够实现将机械能转换为电能, 利用手拧产生 的电能作为供电电源, 这种点火器的结构使得点火器可以不受周围环境影 响, 何时何地都可以工作, 并且这种点火器不需要使用电池, 经济实用, 又符合环保要求。

具体实施方式
本发明实施例提供一种手拧充电式点火器, 该点火器包括: 壳体、 与 所述壳体固定相连的点火头、 与壳体相连的手动驱动装置、 位于壳体内部 的齿轮组、 发电机、 储能模块和电路模块, 具体如图 1至图 3所示。
由图 1和图 2所示的点火器的主视图和俯视图可知,壳体由上壳体 2和下 壳体 6组成, 点火头 1与壳体的前端固定连接,上壳体 6壁轴向线上分别有一 个按键孔和一个灯孔, LED指示灯 9和按键 3分别从这两个孔向上壳体 6外凸 出, 手动驱动装置具体为旋转手柄 4, 旋转手柄 4与壳体的后端轴向相连, 旋转手柄 4可以绕轴线双向拧动, 旋转手柄 4设有挂环 5。 显然, 点火头 1的 形状、 点火头 1与壳体的前端的连接方式、 旋转手柄 4以及壳体的形状、 还 有作为点火器的附属部件的挂环 5都可以由本领域技术人员根据需要自行 进行结构变形, 不影响本发明实施例的教义。
由图 3所示的点火器的 A-A线侧剖视图可知, 旋转手柄 4与壳体的后端 用机牙螺丝 11联接, 齿轮组具体采用二级行星齿轮变速组 18 (以下筒称行 星齿轮组 18 ),行星齿轮组 18具有一个动力输入端和一个动力输出端,动力 输入端为行星形齿轮组 18的行星架 19 , 该行星架 19与旋转手柄 4轴向连接, 动力输出端为行星齿轮组 18的轴端齿轮 12, 行星齿轮组 18的内齿圏 17—体 设置于一个固定架 13, 该固定架 13轴向固定于壳体, 该行星齿轮组 18的最 佳传动比在 8至 40之间。
由于发电机 16的内部结构可以参考现有技术,图 3中没有具体显示发电 机 16的内部结构, 本领域技术人员都可以理解的, 发电机 16包括一个定子 和一个转子, 在本发明实施例中, 前述行星齿轮组 18中的轴端齿轮 12就固 定在发电机 16的转子上, 发电机 16可以通过隔板上的安装孔与壳体固定连 接, 发电机 16的定子可以固定在发电机 16的底座上, 从而实现将发电机 16 的定子固定在壳体上。
储能模块具体包括电容 15, 电路模块具体包括变压器 14, 储能模块和
电路模块都设置在同一电路板 8上, 该电路板 8与上壳体 2的内壁固定连接, 本领域技术人员可以理解的是, 虽然图 3中没有显示出电路板 8上所布置的 所有电路, 但是储能模块还可以包括用于将发电机 16的交流电转换为直流 电的整流电路和用于保护储能模块的稳压电路, 整流电路分别与发电机 16 的输出端和稳压电路相连, 稳压电路与电容 15相连, 电容释放的电量带动 电路板 8工作,从而带动电路模块工作, 并且电路模块可以根据保证电路正 常运行的需要, 包括除变压器 14之外的电路部件。
该电路板 8还设置有一个位于上壳体 2的空腔内的控制电路板 8工作的 控制开关 10,该控制开关 10与电路板 8连接, 并且该控制开关 10与一个按键 3相连接, 按键 3通过上壳体 2壁上的按键孔向外凸出, 在电路板 8上还设置 有一个 LED指示灯 9, 该 LED指示灯 9通过上壳体 2壁上的灯孔向外凸出, 电 容 15放电产生的电流驱动 LED指示灯 9。
点火头 1包括电线 7、不锈钢方管 20和放电尖端 21 , 电线 7置于不锈钢方 管 20内, 电线 7与变压器 14的输出端连接, 不锈钢方管 20固定连接于壳体前 端, 放电尖端 21固定连接于不锈钢方管 20的前端。
本发明实施例提供一种手拧充电式点火器,该点火器的手动驱动装置、 齿轮组、 发电机、 储能模块和电路模块组合在一起, 能够实现将机械能转 换为电能, 利用手拧产生的电能作为供电电源, 这种点火器的结构使得点 火器可以不受周围环境影响, 何时何地都可以工作, 并且这种点火器不需 要使用电池, 经济实用, 又符合环保要求。 并且本发明实施例中, 齿轮组 采用行星齿轮组的结构, 根据行星齿轮组的一般特征可知, 行星齿轮组可 以大大缩小齿轮组的空间, 结构紧凑, 可以节约生产点火器的成本, 且行 星齿轮变速结构的动力输出端和动力输出端同轴向, 动力输入端与旋转手 柄同轴向, 使得用户能很方便的进行手动驱动操作, 行星齿轮组中的齿轮 通常由金属齿轮组成, 无电池长期放置所产生的化学反应, 安全可靠。
需要说明的是, 本发明不局限与上述图 1至图 3所示的实施方式, 例如 行星齿轮组可以在二级到四级之间任意选择, 齿轮组可以采用除行星齿轮 组之外的不同类型的齿轮组, 储能模块可以采用除电容之外的蓄电池, 但
不论在点火器上进行形状或结构上的任何变形 , 凡是通过手动驱动装置将 齿轮组的机械能转换为发电机的电能, 并将发电机的电能通过储能模块进 行存储, 点火头通过电路模块并利用储能模块的电能实现点火的点火器, 均落在本发明的保护范围之内,进一步的,本领域技术人员可以理解的是, 本发明也可以应用于其它产品的点火模块, 例如煤气炉、 烧烤炉的点火模 块。
本发明实施例中点火器的工作方式可以是:
充电时, 旋转手柄 4左右拧动, 从而带动行星齿轮组 18运转, 行星齿轮 组 18的输出端带动发电机 16的转子高速旋转, 发电机 16的马达线圏产生电 流, 电流通过整流电路和稳压电路之后, 存储于电容 15;
点火时, 按下从上壳体上凸出的按键 3带动与该按键 3连接的控制开关 10, 带动电容 15放电, 电容 15释放的电流驱动电路板 8上的 LED指示灯 9, 并且带动变压器 14工作, 变压器 14将电流导向点火头的电线 7和放电尖端 21 , 从而最终实现点火。

位于所述壳体内部的发电机, 所述发电机包括定子和转子, 所述转子 与所述齿轮组的动力输出端相连, 所述定子固定在所述壳体内部;
位于所述壳体内部的电路模块, 所述发电机的输出端与位于所述壳体 内部的储能模块相连;所述储能模块与位于所述壳体内部的电路模块相连; 所述电路模块与所述点火头相连。
