其中, 所述铃音通路切换系统包括一个输入为单通道, 输出为多通道的 可选择控制切换的微型电磁阀, 其在同一时刻多个输出通道仅可切换为一个 通道输出声音信号。 输出通路数量需根据手机外形设计实际情况而定, 即根 据声音通路的实际数量确定, 在确定最终用于输出铃音信号的实际声音通道 后, 切换为釆用该声音通道输出铃音音源模块发出的铃音即可。 进一步地, 作为其改进, 也可以选择多个声音通道作为最终的声音信号输出通道, 例如, 选择音强为最大及第二大的声音通道。 但在该实施方式下, 测试各个通道音 强时只能逐个切换, 每次测试一个通道。
在需要铃音提示时, 控制模块指示铃音音源模块播放测试铃音信号, 指 示铃音通路切换系统逐个切换所有声音通道输出测试铃音信号, 声音釆集模 块在每一通道输出测试铃音信号期间釆集外部声音信号反馈给信号处理模 块, 信号处理模块对其中的测试铃音信号的强度进行处理, 控制模块根据所 述釆集信号处理结果确定提示铃音信号的输出通路, 指示铃音通路切换系统 切换为所确定的输出通路, 指示铃音音源模块播放提示铃音信号。
下面结合该电子终端的结构模块, 以四个出音孔的电子终端为例, 对铃 音提示过程进行说明。
当需要铃音提示时, 铃音音源模块的扬声器发出测试铃音信号 (例如
ΙΚΗζ的单频铃音信号,可设置该铃音信号响度为电子终端外放铃音的中等音 量) , 该测试铃音信号通过扬声器的前音腔导音管传入铃音通路切换系统; 当测试铃音信号响起后, 铃音通路切换系统依照控制模块的指令, 以固 定时间间隔 , 依次执行四个出音孔通路的切换 , 测试铃音信号也依次经过四 个出音孔通路传出电子终端外部; 所有出音孔通道切换完毕后, 铃音音源模 块停止播放测试铃音信号; 其中, 在每一个出音孔通路打开的时间段内, 声 音釆集模块依次釆集电子终端周围声音信号, 将釆集到的声音信号送至信号
处理模块; 信号处理模块对釆集到的声音信号中的测试铃音信号强度进行纪 录, 并记录下对应时刻的铃音输出通路的序号;
在所有出音孔通道切换完毕后, 信号处理模块对铃音输出通路整个切换 过程中测试铃音信号的最大值时刻进行判断, 根据最大值时刻找到记录的对 应输出铃音通路的序号, 从而得到相对较大的铃音响度的输出通路;
控制模块在确定出最终选择的铃音输出通路后, 将会给铃音通路切换系 统发出通路切换指令, 将铃音响度相对较大的输出通路打开; 所选择的输出 通路可以是一个或多个。
通路打开后, 控制模块指示铃音音源模块播放来电提示铃音(可是用户 预先设置好的, 或者系统默认的, 或者第三方设置的) 。
进一步地, 若提示铃音响起较长时间, 用户仍没有做出相应处理(例如 手机用户接听电话) , 该电子终端将再次进行上述过程, 重新选择确定提示 铃音的输出通路,防止因外部环境突然改变而导致提示铃音效果的突然变差。
所述电子终端在需要播放铃音提示时, 可以避免外部物体影响铃音提示 效果, 从而提升手机等电子终端的铃音提示效果, 提高用户感知手机来电铃 音提示能力。 所述电子终端可以是手机、 或具备通信功能且可铃音提示的终 端 (例如平板电脑、 电子书阅读器、 笔记本等) 、 或者具有语音提示功能的 电子终端 (例如 GPS导航仪) 。
实施例 1 : 提高铃音提示效果的移动终端。
如图 1所示, 该提高铃音提示效果的移动终端包括:
移动终端铃音音源模块 101 , 其设置成实现移动终端铃声的产生和铃声 的传输, 该模块包括产生铃声的移动终端扬声器 1011、 提升铃声响度和效果 的移动终端扬声器后音腔 1012、 传输铃声的移动终端扬声器前音腔导音管 1013;
铃音通路切换系统 102 , 其设置成提供移动终端铃声传出移动终端至外 部的通路切换功能;
移动终端声音釆集模块 103 , 其设置成釆集移动终端外部声音信号;
此时, 移动终端声音釆集模块可以是麦克风。
移动终端信号处理模块 104 , 其设置成提供移动终端内部各种信号的处 理及判断功能; 及
移动终端控制模块 105 , 其设置成控制移动终端各个模块的功能执行和 状态切换。
进一步地, 如图 2所示, 给出了移动终端铃音音源模块 101与铃音通路 切换系统 102的连接关系, 左边为移动终端铃音音源模块 101 , 该模块包括 移动终端扬声器 1011、 扬声器后音腔 1012及扬声器前音腔导音管 1013; 右 边为铃音通路切换系统 105 , 该系统与扬声器前音腔导音管 1013相连接, 并 通过微型电磁阀控制铃音信号输出的四个出音孔通路 205的切换。
进一步地, 如图 3 所示, 该图主要描绘了移动终端四个不同平面的出音 孔、 并给出了移动终端声音釆集模块。 即麦克风的位置示意图。 其麦克风位 置仅为示意, 具体布局位置可根据移动终端外观设置。
实施例 2: 移动终端提升铃音提示效果的方法实施例
如图 4所示, 移动终端提升铃音提示效果的流程包括:
401 : 当移动终端有电话呼入, 音源模块发出 ΙΚΗζ的测试声音信号;
402: 该测试声音信号通过扬声器前音腔导音管传入铃音通路切换系统;
403: 铃音通路切换系统依次执行四个出音孔通路的切换, 完成整体切换 一次后, ΙΚΗζ铃音信号停止播放;
404: 在四个出音孔通路打开的不同时间段内, 麦克风模块依次釆集移动 终端周围声音信号, 移动终端信号处理模块分析釆集到信号的 ΙΚΗζ信号强 度, 记录数据和对应的出音孔通路序号;
405: 移动终端信号处理模块对铃音通路整个切换过程中 ΙΚΗζ信号最大 值时刻进行判断, 从而得到相对较大的铃音响度的输出通路;
406:铃音通路切换系统将铃音输出通路切换至 405步骤得到的铃音出音 孔通路, 此时移动终端将播放用户预先设置好的来电提示铃音, 最终实现提
升移动终端来电铃音提示效果的功能;
407: 若移动终端来电铃音响起较长时间用户未接听电话时, 移动终端控 制系统将重复执行 401至 405的步骤。
本发明也可以在步骤 405中, 确定多个输出通路, 可从所有输出通路中 选择釆集的测试信号较强的几个通路。 本发明电子终端设计结构, 在电子终端来电铃音播放时, 避免外部物体 影响铃音提示效果, 从而提升了移动终端等电子终端的来电铃音提示效果, 提高了用户感知移动终端来电铃音提示的效果。 所述电子终端可以是移动终 端、 或具备通信功能且可铃音提示的终端, 例如平板电脑、 电子书阅读器、 笔记本等。 对于其他类型电子终端 (例如电子闹钟, 笔记本, PDA, GPS导 航仪等) 的具体实施方式, 可参照上述实施例 1和 2的具体应用, 在作出适 当调整后, 实现提升铃音提示效果的功能。
以上所述仅为本发明的实施方式而已, 并不用于限制本发明, 对于本领 域的技术人员来说, 本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本发明的精神和原 则之内, 所作的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的权利要 求范围之内。
工业实用性 本发明中, 可设置多个扬声器出音孔, 并可根据不同出音孔提示铃音的 响度情况进行通路切换, 选择一个或多个通路(例如选择最大响度的通路) 为提示铃音信号的最终输出通路。 这样就可以在扬声器出音孔被物体遮挡住 时, 提升电子终端的铃音提示效果, 因此具有很强的工业实用性。
Claims
1、 一种电子终端, 包括:
设置成铃音播放的铃音音源模块;
设置成控制所述铃音音源模块发出指定声音信号及控制铃音通路的切换 的控制模块; 所述指定声音信号包括测试声音信号及提示铃音信号;
设置成向电子终端外部传播声音信号的多个声音通道;
设置成釆集外部声音信号的声音釆集模块;
设置成处理所釆集的声音信号的信号处理模块; 及
设置成控制所述声音通道切换的铃音通路切换系统; 其中:
所述控制模块指示所述铃音音源模块播放测试铃音信号 , 指示所述铃音 通路切换系统逐个切换所有声音通道输出测试铃音信号, 所述声音釆集模块 在每一通道输出测试铃音信号期间釆集外部声音信号反馈给所述信号处理模 块, 所述信号处理模块对反馈的外部声音信号的强度进行处理, 得到处理结 果, 所述控制模块根据所述处理结果确定提示铃音信号的输出通路, 指示所 述铃音通路切换系统切换为所确定的输出通路, 指示所述铃音音源模块播放 提示铃音信号。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的电子终端, 其中,
所述控制模块根据所述处理结果所确定的提示铃音信号的输出通路为一 个或多个。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的电子终端, 其中, 所述信号处理模块设置成接收 所述声音釆集模块所反馈的外部声音信号并记录相应的声音通道, 完成所有 声音通道的记录后, 对各个通道对应的外部声音信号的强度进行排序, 得到 排序结果; 相应的, 所述控制模块设置成根据所述排序结果确定强度最大的声音通 路为提示铃音信号的输出通路, 或者确定强度大于或等于限定值的多个输出 通路为提示铃音信号的声音通路。
4、 如权利要求 1所述的电子终端, 其中, 所述控制模块在所述铃音音源模块播放提示铃音信号后, 若在门限时间 内未收到用户处理指示, 则重新指示所述铃音音源模块播放测试铃音信号, 根据所述处理结果重新确定提示铃音信号的输出通道后, 再指示所述铃音通 路切换系统切换为重新确定的输出通路, 指示所述铃音音源模块播放提示铃 音信号。
5、 如权利要求 1至 4中任一项所述的电子终端, 其中, 所述铃音音源模 块包括: 扬声器、 扬声器后音腔及扬声器前音腔导音管, 其中,
所述扬声器设置成产生指定声音信号;
所述扬声器后音腔设置成提升指定声音信号响度和效果;
所述扬声器前音腔导音管设置成传输制定声音信号。
6、 如权利要求 1至 4中任一项所述的电子终端, 其中, 所述声音釆集模 块是麦克风或声音釆集传感器。
7、 如权利要求 6所述的电子终端, 其中, 所述电子终端是手机、 笔记本 电脑、 平板电脑、 电子闹钟、 个人数字助理 PDA或 GPS导航仪
8、 一种电子终端的铃音提示方法, 包括:
步骤一、播放测试铃音信号, 逐个切换所有声音通道输出测试铃音信号; 步骤二、 在每一通道输出测试铃音信号期间釆集外部声音信号, 对所釆 集的声音信号的强度进行处理, 得到处理结果;
步骤三、 根据所述处理结果确定出提示铃音信号的输出通路;
步骤四、 将提示铃音信号的输出通路切换为所确定的输出通路, 播放提 示铃音信号。
9、 如权利要求 8所述的方法, 其中, 根据所述处理结果所确定出的提示 铃音信号的输出通路为一个或多个。
10、 如权利要求 8所述的方法, 其中, 步骤二中对所釆集的声音信号的 强度进行处理, 得到处理结果的所述步骤包括:
接收所反馈的外部声音信号并记录相应的声音通道, 完成所有声音通道 的记录后, 对各个通道对应的外部声音信号的强度进行排序, 得到排序结果。
11、 如权利要求 8所述的方法, 其中,
步骤三中提示铃音信号的输出通路是根据所述排序结果确定的, 所确定 的提示铃音信号的输出通路是强度最大的声音通路, 或者是强度大于或等于 限定值的多个声音通路。
12、 如权利要求 8至 11中任一项所述的方法, 其中, 该方法还包括: 在 播放提示铃音信号后, 若在门限时间内未收到用户处理指示, 则重复执行步 骤一到步骤四。
