Abstract

The invention relates to a sole provided with hinged metal fittings along the periphery thereof, comprising a sole made from any natural or synthetic material. The invention also includes straps positioned between the layers of the sole and provided with hinged metal fittings which can receive an interchangeable upper. This allows the user to vary the colour, shape, length, etc. of the straps and, consequently, change the design of the footwear according to the occasion.

Description

SUELA PARA SANDALIA O ZAPATO DE CORTES  SOLE FOR SANDALS OR SHORT SHOES
INTERCAMBIABLES ANTECEDENTES  INTERCHANGEABLE BACKGROUND
The following invention consists in the improvement of the Utility Model registered in Mexico with the number PA / u / 2006/0001 77 and in Spain with the number U200602520, as well as in the PCT international application of number PCT / MX2077 / 000084, which It is characterized by a sole that allows to exchange the cuts of a sandal or a shoe, starting a fixed system of rigid ribbons, provided with some hardware at its ends, which are sewn or glued between at least two soles, a top part that makes contact with the foot and another lower part that makes contact with the ground, thus allowing different shoe cuts to pass through its folding hardware.
BREVE DESCRIPCIÓN DE LAS FIGURAS The improvement is a novel solution to the limitations presented by the Utility Model referred to above. DESCRIPCIÓN DETALLADA DE LA INVENCIÓN DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The present invention is a novel solution to the limitations presented by the previous Utility Model called "Sole with links on its periphery that allow the user design and transform your sandals "in the case of exchanging shoe cuts.
The invention consists of a second version of the Utility Model registered in Mexico with the number PA / u / 2006/000177 and in Spain with the number U200602520 as well as in the international PCT application for number
PCT/MX2077/000084. PCT / MX2077 / 000084.
The present improvement consists of a sole with folding hardware on its periphery comprising a sole body that has several layers whose essential quality is that between an upper section (1), a lower section (5) are added to the body of the sole Tapes (3) placed in gutters (2), these are made of resistant and flexible material and at each of their ends are fitted with folding hardware (4).
The length of the tapes (3) will exceed just the width of the sole. Thus, the hardware (4) sewn to it will be attached to its edges, without exceeding them either upwards (not to disturb the foot) or downwards (to avoid slips), but having some play in both directions. The thickness of the upper section of the sole body (1), that is the upper layer or layers together, will be greater than the height of the hardware (4). The shape, arrangement and material of the links (4) will depend on the models (metal, plastic, lined in the same pound as the sole, etc.; in the form of rings, rectangles, buckles, etc ... ) - Thus, for example, wide ribbons (3) will involve a smaller number of links (4) around the sole.
The folding hardware (4) then allows to remove and put different cuts (6) to the same sole.
