You may judge from that.
- the process proceeds to step S20, and various conditions are read and stored in the memory.
- the various conditions include the discharge pressure (discharge refrigerant pressure) of the refrigerant compressor 10, the discharge temperature (blowing temperature) T1, and the like.
- step S30 the control part 100 progresses to step S30, and performs normal dehumidification heating operation.
- the rotational speed of the first blower 80 and the rotational speed of the second blower 90 are increased or decreased in coordination by voltage adjustment or the like, that is, the first blower 80 Increasing the supply voltage to the second blower 90 also increases the supply voltage to the second blower 90 at a predetermined rate. Conversely, decreasing the supply voltage to the first blower 80 decreases the supply voltage to the second blower 90 at a predetermined rate. This means that cooperative operation is performed and dehumidifying heating operation is performed.
- control part 100 progresses to step S40, and judges whether the capability of a dehumidification heating operation is enough. Whether the capacity is sufficient can be determined, for example, by determining whether the discharge temperature T1 from the outlet M of the air-conditioning air A detected by the discharge temperature sensor 101 exceeds a predetermined value.
- the predetermined value here is 20 ° C., for example.
- Step S40 When determining that the capacity is sufficient in Step S40 (Yes, the discharge temperature is 20 ° C. or higher), the control unit 100 proceeds to Step S50 and determines whether or not the capacity of the dehumidifying and heating operation is excessive. To do. Whether or not the capacity is excessive can be determined, for example, by determining whether or not the discharge temperature T1 of the air-conditioning air A discharged from the outlet M is equal to or higher than a predetermined value (first predetermined temperature).
- the predetermined value here is, for example, 50 ° C. as a high temperature at which passengers in the passenger compartment C feel uncomfortable.
- step S40 determines in step S40 that the capacity is not sufficient (No, the discharge temperature T1 is less than 20 ° C.)
- the control unit 100 proceeds to step S120 and increases the rotational speed of the refrigerant compressor 10 (UP )
- UP increases the rotational speed of the refrigerant compressor 10
- step S140 it is determined whether or not the operation of the air conditioning system F1 by the driver has ended. If it is determined that the operation has ended (S140, Yes), the process ends and the operation has not ended. When it judges (S140, No), it returns to Step S20.
- step S60 the control unit 100 determines whether or not the rotational speed of the refrigerant compressor 10 is the minimum value (predetermined rotational speed). It is determined that the rotational speed of the refrigerant compressor 10 can be reduced, the process proceeds to step S70, the rotational speed of the refrigerant compressor is reduced, and the process returns to step S40. Thereby, since the supply amount of the refrigerant body from the refrigerant compressor 10 decreases in the first heat exchanger 20, the discharge temperature T1 of the air-conditioning air A introduced into the vehicle interior C from the blowout port M is decreased. Can do.
- step S60 when it is determined in step S60 that the rotation speed of the refrigerant compressor 10 is the minimum value (Yes), that is, when the rotation speed of the refrigerant compressor 10 cannot be decreased any more, the control unit 100 can reduce the rotation speed. Advances to Step S80 and cancels the cooperative operation of the first blower 80 and the second blower 90. That is, the voltage of the second blower 90 is lowered while the voltage of the first blower 80 remains unchanged. By reducing the voltage (electric power) supplied to the second blower 90, the air volume of the air-conditioning air A from the vehicle interior C introduced into the third heat exchanger 50 is reduced.
- the heat absorption amount of the refrigerant body in the third heat exchanger 50 decreases, the heat absorption amount in the fourth heat exchanger 60 decreases, and the heat dissipation amount in the first heat exchanger 20 decreases.
- the voltage of the second blower 90 the temperature of the air-conditioning air A introduced from the air outlet M into the vehicle interior C can be reduced.
- step S90 When the control unit 100 determines in step S90 that the capacity is excessive (when the discharge temperature T1 exceeds 40 ° C.), the control unit 100 returns to step S80 and performs a process of reducing the voltage of the second blower 90. If it is determined that the capacity is appropriate (when the discharge temperature T1 is 20 ° C. or higher and 40 ° C. or lower), the process proceeds to step S130, and the continuous operation is performed with the capacity, and the capacity is insufficient. (When the discharge temperature T1 is less than 20 ° C.), the process proceeds to step S100.
- step S100 determines in step S100 whether the voltage of the second blower 90 is maximum (MAX), and determines that the voltage of the second blower 90 is not maximum (MAX). (No), the process proceeds to step S110, the voltage of the second blower 90 is increased (up), and the process returns to step S90.
- step S10 determines in step S10 that the dehumidifying and heating operation is not performed (No)
- the control unit 100 proceeds to step S200 and determines whether or not the dehumidifying and cooling operation is performed. Whether or not the dehumidifying and cooling operation is performed may be determined by detecting that the driver has switched the switch to the dehumidifying and heating mode, or is set to the dehumidifying and heating mode in the total control of the air conditioning system F1. You may judge from that.
- step S500 determines whether or not the operation of the air conditioning system F1 has been completed, and if it is determined that the operation has not ended (No), returns to step S10 and performs the operation. When it is determined that the operation has been completed (Yes), the operation of the air conditioning system F1 is ended.
- control unit 100 determines that the dehumidifying and cooling operation is performed in step S300, the control unit 100 reads various conditions and stores them in the memory in step S310 as shown in FIG.
- the various conditions include the discharge pressure (discharge refrigerant pressure) of the refrigerant compressor 10, the discharge temperature (blowing temperature) T1, the outside air temperature T2, and the like.
- step S330 the control unit 100 closes the electromagnetic valve V2 and sets the air mix bumper 74 to fully open. That is, when the outside air temperature T2 is in the first predetermined range, the dehumidifying and cooling operation is switched to the dehumidifying and heating operation.
- step S350 determines in step S350 that the discharge temperature T1 of the air-conditioning air A from the air outlet M is within the second predetermined range (Yes)
- the control unit 100 returns to step S500 in FIG.
- step S500 the control unit 100 determines whether or not the operation of the air conditioning system F1 has ended. If it is determined that the operation has not ended (No), the control unit 100 returns to step S10 and ends the operation. If it is determined that the process has been performed (Yes), the series of processes is terminated.
- the discharge temperature T1 from the blower outlet M becomes lower than a predetermined temperature and the voltage of the second blower 90 is not the maximum (MAX)
- the voltage of the second blower 90 is increased to increase the third heat.
- the endothermic amount in the exchanger 50 increases, and the discharge temperature T1 can be raised to an optimum temperature (predetermined temperature, for example, 40 ° C.).
- the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment.
- the air mix damper 74 has been described as being fully open or fully closed, but the air mix damper 74 is adjusted to an intermediate position (intermediate position).
- an intermediate temperature between the dehumidifying and heating operation and the dehumidifying and cooling operation may be obtained.

Abstract
