Description

便携式打印机是用于在标签打印纸上打印诸如文字、数字、条形码以及图形等的设备。该设备通常包含打印头、传动机构、带有微处理器的控制板、功能键盘、LED状态指示灯以及LCD显示单元等部件。打印机所用的标签介质通常为卷装结构,打印好的标签取用方式有撕离和切割两种方式。撕离会造成标签边缘不整齐。而现有标签切割技术分为电动和手动两种方式。便携式打印机的最大特点就是电池驱动、便于携带,所以省电和体积小是最重要的。现有技术提供的标签打印机的手动切纸刀结构复杂、并且刀片不方便调整、而且上刀片和下刀片结合不太紧密导致剪切打印纸时切割不均匀或者不顺利,另外,现有技术中的手动切纸刀的裁切角度小或手柄运动距离大,不方便裁切。
本发明要解决的技术问题,在于针对上述现有技术存在问题,提出一种结构非常简单的带有手动切纸刀的便携式打印机及其手动切纸刀,且可以方便调整刀片,并且两个刀片结合紧密、裁切方便。
本发明上述技术问题这样解决,构造一种便携式打印机的手动切纸刀,用于对打印纸进行裁切,所述手动切纸刀包括同轴枢接的下刀片和上刀片,所述上刀片的第一端通过转轴可转动的装设在所述下刀片上,其中,所述上刀片刀刃包括由连续的第一侧刀刃和第二侧刀刃组成,使所述上刀片的刀刃整体成倒V型。
其中,优选的,当所述第二侧刀刃52的远离转轴21的一端运动到所述下刀片4的刀刃时,所述倒V型的上刀片5的两侧刀刃51、52分别与所述下刀片4刀刃的夹角大于9°且小于90°。
其中,优选的,所述第一侧刀刃与第二侧刀刃连接处成倒V型连接或者倒U型连接。

本发明还提供一种带有手动切纸刀的便携式打印机,其包括上述任一技术方案中所述的手动切纸刀,所述手动切纸刀固定装设在打印机装置中。
实施本发明提供的便携式打印机及其手动切纸刀,手动切纸刀结构简单、刀片方便调整、上刀片和下刀片结合紧密,使剪切打印纸时切割均匀、顺利,另外该手动切纸刀的裁切角度大,手柄运动距离短,方便裁切。

在本发明实施例的便携式打印机中,在打开上盖1时的结构如图1,因为是便携设计,设计为比较紧凑的结构,在机箱的端面上有显示屏301以及设置在其下方的小键盘302,如图3所示,在显示屏301的右上方,为切刀模块100,如图1所示,该切刀100为手动切纸刀,通过第一螺钉2和第二螺钉3装设在打印机的主体300上,该切纸刀用于对打印纸8进行裁切,所述切纸刀包括:同轴枢接的下刀片4和上刀片5,所述上刀片5的第一端通过转轴21可转动的装设在所述下刀片4上,且所述转轴21位于所述下刀片4的下方。上刀片5的第二端固定装设有手柄杆19,在手柄杆19端部设置有手柄20,手柄杆19穿过切刀手柄导向架22。上刀片5、手柄杆19和手柄20组合并固定为一体,通过拔动手柄20可以使该上刀片5、手柄杆19绕转轴21自由转动,手柄杆19的一端绕转轴21转动的同时,手柄杆19在切刀手柄导向架22的导槽内移动,避免人为因素使得上刀片5与下刀片4脱离,确保上刀片5紧压在下刀片4的上面,这样有利于裁切。
在本实施例中,如图6所示,所述上刀片5刀刃呈倒V型,所述上刀片5包括两侧刀刃:第一侧刀刃51和第二侧刀刃52,第一侧刀刃51与第二侧刀刃52一体成型连接,如图6所示,所述连接处为倒V型连接或者倒U型连接,使该上刀片5的刀刃整体成倒V型,即:所述第一侧刀刃51与所述第二侧刀刃52连续使所述上刀片5的刀刃整体成倒V型。其中:裁切角a为:当所述第二侧刀刃52的远离转轴21的一端运动到所述下刀片4的刀刃时,倒V型上刀片的第一侧刀刃51与下刀片4刀刃的夹角,裁切角b为:当所述第二侧刀刃52的远离转轴21的一端运动到所述下刀片4的刀刃时,倒V型上刀片5的第二侧刀刃52与下刀片4的刀刃的夹角。一般来说,上刀片5与下刀片4之间的裁切角a、b都大于9°且小于90°时容易裁切,优选的,为20°、30°或者该范围内的其他度数均可。上刀片5整体做成倒V型,这样在裁切过程中,手柄20运动距离短,也能保持比较大的裁切角(图6中的a、b角度都可以为9°以上,且小于90°,即:使形成倒V型的两侧刀刃的夹角为0-162°),以便顺利裁切。
在进一步的实施例中,所述上刀片5与所述下刀片4之间装设有施压轴16,所述施压轴16露出上刀片5外侧的一端套有压簧18,所述施压轴16的顶端、且位于所述压簧18的外侧装设有卡簧17。另外在卡簧17与压簧18之间设置有垫圈13,该垫圈13套在施压轴16上。通过卡簧17将压簧18卡在上刀片5的上面与卡簧17之间,这样,在压簧18的弹性力的作用下,将上刀片5紧压在下刀片4的上面,有利于裁切打印纸8。
进一步的实施例中,在所述下刀片4和上刀片5之间设置有使上刀片5复位的复位装置。具体的,该复位装置包括:扭簧14,所述扭簧14的第一端固定在下刀片4上,所述扭簧14第二端嵌入所述上刀片5的通孔内。该扭簧14为具有一定弹性的钢丝弹簧,手拨动手柄20,带动上刀片5绕转轴21转动,进行打印纸8的裁切;打印纸8被裁切后,手松开,扭簧14将上刀片5自动复位。在其他实施例中,复位装置也可采取其它机构实现。
上述实施例提供的打印机工作过程:操控该手柄20即可实施切纸操作。在上盖1被打开后,机心上被上盖1遮盖的对应部分是工作时行走的打印纸8,也就是本发明实施例的切刀100剪切的对象。如图1和图2所示,用于在打印纸8上形成图文的是碳带7,碳带7从碳带供应端11出发,由打印头10完成对打印纸8的打印后,已使用过的碳带7部分被卷入碳带回收端9。本发明实施例中,手动切纸刀100主要由下刀片4和上刀片5组成,完成打印的打印纸8由胶辊6推送出,经过下刀片4和上刀片5形成的空隙时,由操作者通过手柄20控制上刀片5与下刀片4进行相对运动,切断卷过的打印纸8。
另外,在上述实施例中,通过第一螺钉2以及第二螺钉3将手动切刀100装设在打印机的主体300上。
本发明实施例还提供一种带有手动切纸刀的便携式打印机,其包括上述任一实施例中所述的手动切纸刀,所述手动切纸刀固定装设在打印机装置中。具体的:通过第一螺钉2以及第二螺钉3将手动切刀100装设在打印机的主体300上。手动切纸刀100主要由下刀片4和上刀片5组成,所述上刀片5的第一端通过转轴21可转动的装设在所述下刀片4上,其中,所述上刀片5包括一侧刀刃51和第二侧刀刃52,共两侧刀刃,其中:所述第一侧刀刃51与第二侧刀刃52连接在一起使所述上刀片5的刀刃整体形成V型。在上刀片5的加工中,该两侧刀刃是一体成型的。优选的实施例中,所述V型的上刀片5的两侧刀刃分别与所述下刀片4刀刃的夹角大于9°且小于
