Description
个人身份识别系统 技术领域 本发明涉及身份识别领域, 具体而言, 涉及一种个人身份识别系统以及 一种个人身份识别方法。 背景技术 个人身份的识别, 是现今社会管理活动的重要组成部份, 特别是军事基 地、 保密机构及银行、 海关等, 身份识别犹为重要。 虽然各国各行业都有自 己的识别方法, 但是均存在着识别过程繁瑣、 保密性不足、 识别误差大等缺 陷。 特别是银行系统的识别, 依赖于密码及人工识别, 安全可靠性差。 发明内容 本发明旨在提供一种个人身份识别系统以及一种个人身份识别方法, 该 识别系统和识别方法具有识别率高、 安全性强的特点。 冲艮据本发明的一个方面, 提供了一种个人身份识別系统, 包括: 数据库; 账户模块, 与数据库相连, 读取个人身份信息, 并将个人身份信息与数据库 中相应的个人身份账户信息比较; 身份识别模块, 与数据库相连, 釆集人体 至少两个不同部位的特征数据, 并将所采集的该特征数据与数据库相应的个 人身份账户中的特征数据比较, 基于特征数据的比较而识别个人身份。 进一步地,身份识别模块包括两个或两个以上不同类型的身份识别模块。 进一步地, 身份识别模块选自以下类型: 人像识别系统、 虹膜识别系统、 掌紋识别系统、 指紋识别系统和人体任意部位皮肤识别系统。 进一步地, 账户模块至少为以下一种: 读卡器、 拒员机、 终端机和查询 机。 进一步地, 数据库中的数据为加密数据。 进一步地, 账户模块与数据库之间的连接为有线或无线连接。 进一步地, 身份识别模块与数据库之间的连接为有线或无线连接。
根据本发明的另一方面,提供了一种个人身份识别方法, 包括以下步骤: 读取个人身份信息, 并将个人身份信息与数据库中相应的个人身份账户信息 比较; 以及, 采集人体至少两个不同部位的特征数据, 并将所采集的特征数 据与数据库中相应的个人身份账户中的特征数据比较, 基于特征数据的比较 而识别个人身份。 进一步地, 特征数据至少为以下两种: 人像特征数据、 虹膜特征数据、 掌紋特征数据、 指紋特征数据和人体任意部位皮肤特征数据。 进一步地, 数据库中的数据为加密数据。 本发明具有以下有益效果: 1. 本发明通过釆集人体两个不同部位的特征数据作为个人身份识别的 特征, 因为, 不同个体的两个不同部份的特征数据相同的概率是极小的, 这 样就可以使得本发明的个人身份识别系统的识别率高, 误差小。
2. 本发明以人体的特征作为个人身份识别的基础, 区别于传统的密码设 置的方式, 可以避免因密码的泄露而导致的账户的不安全性, 提高了个人身 份识别的安全性。
3. 本发明以人体的特征作为个人身份识别的特征 ,使得个人在办理业务 时必需本人到场, 且每次都留下个人特征数据, 可以有效地防止各种相关的 犯罪活动。
4. 在本发明的个人身份识别方案中,通过将个人账户与个人的人体不同 部位的特征数据相结合,做到了一对一的比对,使得个人身份识别的精度高、 识别速度快; 并且不涉及数据库中其它账户的数据, 保密性强。 附图说明 此处所说明的附图用来提供对本发明的进一步理解, 构成本申请的一部 分, 本发明的示意性实施例及其说明用于解释本发明, 并不构成对本发明的 不当限定。 在附图中: 图 1示出了根据本发明的个人身份识别系统的实施例的系统框图;
图 2示出了根据本发明的个人身份识别方法的实施例中的用于建立个人 身份账户的流程图; 图 3示出了图 2所示实施例中用于识别个人身份的流程图。 具体实施方式 下面将参考附图并结合实施例, 来详细说明本发明。 图 1示出了根据本发明的个人身份识别系统的实施例的系统框图。 如图 1所示, 该个人身份识别系统包括数据库 10、 账户模块 20、 身份识别模块 30。 在需要对个人的身份进行识别的相关活动中, 通常先要在数据库中建立 个人的身份账户。 例如, 在银行开户时, 需要先建立银行账户等。 账户模块 20用于读取个人身份信息, 例如, 银行卡号或存折号等, 并在数据库 10中 建立个人身份账户。 如果个人身份账户已在数据库 10中建立, 需要对个人 身份账户进行操作时, 账户模块 20根椐所读取的个人身份信息连接到数据 库 10中对应的个人身份账户。 身份识别模块 30用于采集人体至少两个不同 部位的特征数据, 例如, 采集人像识别的特征数据和指纹识别的特征数据, 这种釆集人体不同部位的特征数据的身份识别方式识别率高、 误差小, 对同 卵双胞胎亦可有效地识别。 然后身份识别模块 30将所采集的特征数据存储 于数据库 10中相应的个人身份账户中。 如果上述特征数据已存在个人身份 账户中, 身份识别模块 30则将该特征数据与数据库 10相应的个人身份账户 中的特征数据比较。 当本次采集的特征数据与数据库中存储的特征数据相同 时, 则允许对相应的个人身份账户进行相关操作, 否则中断操作。 图 2示出了根据本发明的个人身份识别方法的实施例中的用于建立个人 身份账户的流程图。 本实施例以个人在银行的开户为例, 如图 2所示, 本实 施例中个人身份账户的建立流程包括: S201 ,个人在银行拒台开户时,首先为用户分配一张新的银行卡或存折, 读卡器读取用户的银行卡号码或存折号码, 并将读卡器读取的信息输出至数 据库 10。
S203 , 在数据库 10中建立与用户的银行卡号码或存折号码相对应的用 户个人 U长户。
S205, 设置在银行的虹膜识别系统和指纹识别系统分别釆集用户的虹膜 特征数据和指紋特征数据, 并将所采集的特征数据存储在用户个人账户的相 关字段中。 在该识别方法的实施例中, 步驟 S201和 S203的操作由账户模块 20完 成, 操作过程基本与现有的银行开户过程相同。 步骤 S205由身份识别模块 30完成, 身份识别模块 30也可以采用其它识别系统, 例如, 人像识别系统、 掌紋识别系统、 以及人体任意区域皮肤紋识别系统等。 数据库 10可以根据 需要来选用, 存储在数据库 10中的数据通常为经过加密处理后的数据。 账 户模块 20与数据库 10以及身份识别模块 30与数据库 10之间可以是有线或 无线的连接, 例如, 虚拟局域网或专网。 在本实施例中通过虹膜识别系统和 指紋识别系统分别采集了用户身体不同部位的特征数据, 这样可以提高对用 户身份识别的识别率, 同时, 用户可以不需要设立账户密码, 这样不用考虑 密码的泄露, 提高了用户资金账户的安全性。 图 3示出了图 2所示实施例中用于识别个人身份的流程图。如图 3所示, 包括以下步聚:
S302 , 当用户在拒员机或终端机上进行存款、 取款、 转帐或查询等操作 时, 安装在拒员机或终端机内的读卡器读取用户银行卡的信息, 并将此信息 输出至数据库 10。
S304, 根据用户的银行卡信息判断该用户的账户是否存在于数据库 10 中, 即判断用户银行卡账户的合法性。 当用户的个人账户存在于数据库 10 中时, 则进入下一步 否则, 结束本次操作。
S306, 通过设置在拒员机或终端机上的虹膜识别系统和指紋识别系统分 别采集用户的虹膜特征数据和指紋特征数据, 并将所采集的特征数据与用户 个人账户的相关字段中的特征数据相比较。 S308, 如果本次采集的用户的虹膜特征数据和指紋特征数据都与用户个 人账户的相关字段中存储的特征数据相同, 则认为用户的身份是合法的; 如 果本次釆集的用户的虹膜特征数据和指纹特征数据与用户个人账户的相关字 段中存储的特征数据不相同, 则认为用户的身份是非法的,则结束本次操作。
S310, 如果身份识别模块 30判断出用户的身份是合法时, 则允许用户 对自己的账户进行相关的操作。
在本发明中, 身份识别模块 30可以采用具有智能识别功能的识别系统, 即身份识别模块 30可以设别出哪些是由人体部位的渐变所造成的细微差别, 并对此类差别进行学习和记忆。 这样就可以使本发明的个人身份识别系统具 有智能功能。 在本发明中, 身份识别模块 30对人体不同部位的特征数据的采集并不 仅限于虹膜识别系统和指紋识别系统, 还有其它各种组合, 例如, 人像识别 系统和指紋识别系统、 人像识别系统和掌紋识别系统、 人像识别系统和虹膜 识别系统等等, 只要是根据所采集的人体不同部位的特征数据来实现的个人 身份识别均落入本发明的保护范围。 显然, 本领域的技术人员应该明白, 上述的本发明的各模块或各步骤可 以用通用的计算装置来实现, 它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上, 或者分布 在多个计算装置所组成的网络上, 可选地, 它们可以用计算装置可执行的程 序代码来实现, 从而, 可以将它们存储在存储装置中由计算装置来执行, 或 者将它们分别制作成各个集成电路模块, 或者将它们中的多个模块或步骤制 作成单个集成电路模块来实现。 这样, 本发明不限制于任何特定的硬件和软 件结合。 以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本发明, 对于本 领域的技术人员来说, 本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本发明的精神和 原则之内, 所作的任何 ^ί'爹改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护 范围之内。
