本発明の水生水性毛髪洗浄剤において、成分(D)は、下記一般式(3)で表されるアルキルヒドロキシスルホベタイン型両性界面活性剤である。
カチオン界面活性剤としては、例えば、アルキルトリメチルアンモニウム塩、アルコキシトリメチルアンモニウム塩、ジアルキルジメチルアンモニウム塩、アルキルジメチルアミン塩、アルコキシジメチルアミン塩、アルキルアミドジメチルアミン塩等が挙げられる。
例えば下記一般式で表されるものが挙げられる。

シリコーン類としては、例えば以下に示すものが挙げられる。

各種のアミノ変性シリコーンが使用できるが、特に平均分子量が約3×103~1×105の、アモジメチコーン(Amodimethicone)の名称でCTFA辞典(米国、Cosmetic Ingredient Dictionary)第9版、2002年、volume1、p107中に記載されているものが好ましい。市販品としては、SM 8704C(東レ・ダウコーニング・シリコーン社)、DC 929(ダウ・コーニング社)、KT 1989(GE東芝シリコーン社)、8500 Conditioning Agent、DOW CORNING TORAY SS-3588、DOW CORNING TORAY SILSTYLE 104(東レ・ダウコーニング・シリコーン社)等が挙げられる。
上記以外に、ポリエーテル変性シリコーン、メチルフェニルポリシロキサン、脂肪酸変性シリコーン、アルコール変性シリコーン、アルコキシ変性シリコーン、エポキシ変性シリコーン、フッ素変性シリコーン、環状シリコーン、アルキル変性シリコーン等が挙げられる。
なかでも、パール外観の観点からエチレングリコールジステアリン酸エステルが好ましい。
表1に示す水性毛髪洗浄剤を、常法により調製し、以下の評価方法により評価した。その結果を表1に示す。なお、pHは水で20質量倍希釈した際の25℃での値である。
長さ25cm、幅5.5cm、重さ20gの人毛束をラウリルエーテル(2)硫酸ナトリウム10質量%水溶液2gで予備洗浄して40℃の温水で十分にすすぎ流した後、水分30gを含ませた状態で、モデル皮脂(S-ラノリン 50質量%、L-ラノリン 45質量%、オレイン酸 5%の混合液)0.1g、水性毛髪洗浄剤2gを塗布し、15秒間泡立てた。その後、髪の毛から泡をメスフラスコに絞りとり、泡の体積を測定した。数値が大きいほど、皮脂汚れがある条件で泡立ちが優れていることを示している。
カーボンブラックで着色したモデル皮脂を用い、洗浄前後の色味の変化を色差計で測定することにより洗浄力を測定した。
まず、上腕部に直径3cmの円を描き、円内部の色味を色差計で測定した。色差計での測定では、L値、a値、b値の測定を行い、初期の値をそれぞれL0、a0、b0とした。その後、カーボンブラックで着色したモデル皮脂(S-ラノリン 50質量%、L-ラノリン 45質量%、オレイン酸 5%、カーボンブラック 0.1質量%)を上腕部に記した円内部に均一に広げ、再び色差計で測定を行った(L1、a1、b1)。引き続き、水性毛髪洗浄剤を10質量%に希釈した水溶液0.1gを上腕部に塗布し、30秒間マッサージした後、40度の温水で30秒間すすぎ流し、水気を拭き取った後、色差計で測定を行った(L2、a2、b2)。
長さ25cm、幅5.5cm、重さ10gの人毛束を40℃の温水で軽く濯いだ後、余分な水分を取り去り、0.5gの水性毛髪洗浄剤を用いて約30秒間十分に泡立てた。その際、すべり感を以下の5段階基準で官能評価した。評価は5人で行い、その平均値を求めた。平均4.0以上を「◎」、3.2以上4.0未満を「○」、2.5以上3.2未満を「△」、2.5未満を「×」として示した。

- 成分(C)が、2-エチルヘキシル基、イソデシル基を有するモノアルキルグリセリルエーテル型ノニオン界面活性剤である請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の水性毛髪洗浄剤。
- 成分(B)および(D)の質量割合が、(B)/(D)=3/2~1/3である請求項1乃至10のいずれか一項に記載の水性毛髪洗浄剤。
- 成分(B)および(C)の質量割合が、(B)/(C)=2/1~1/1である請求項1乃至10のいずれか一項に記載の水性毛髪洗浄剤。
- 成分(A)を、水性毛髪洗浄剤中、9~15質量%含有する請求項1乃至12のいずれか一項に記載の水性毛髪洗浄剤。
- 成分(B)を、水性毛髪洗浄剤中、0.3~2質量%含有する請求項1乃至13のいずれか一項に記載の水性毛髪洗浄剤。
- 成分(C)を、水性毛髪洗浄剤中、0.2~3質量%含有する請求項1乃至14のいずれか一項に記載の水性毛髪洗浄剤。
- 成分(D)を、水性毛髪洗浄剤中、0.5~3質量%含有する請求項1乃至13のいずれか一項に記載の水性毛髪洗浄剤。
- さらに、成分(D)以外の両性界面活性剤を0.5質量%以下含有する請求項1乃至16のいずれか一項に記載の水性毛髪洗浄剤。
- 成分(D)以外の界面活性剤として、脂肪族アミドプロピルベタイン、あるいは脂肪族アルカノールアミドを含有する請求項1乃至17のいずれか一項に記載の水性毛髪洗浄剤。
- (A)、(B)、(C)、および(D)以外の0.01~10質量%の界面活性剤を含有する請求項1乃至18のいずれか一項に記載の水性毛髪洗浄剤。
- 水で20倍に希釈したときの25℃におけるpHが2~4.5である請求項1乃至19のいずれか一項に記載の水性毛髪洗浄剤。
