Definitions
- the present invention relates to a vehicle operating device.
- This application claims priority based on Japanese Patent Application No. 2009-179289 filed in Japan on July 31, 2009, the contents of which are incorporated herein by reference.
- a vehicular operating device for operating an in-vehicle device is known.
- a vehicular operating device described in Patent Document 1 by always displaying a system changeover switch on a main monitor that is a touch panel, an in-vehicle device corresponding to the system changeover switch can be operated at any time.
- the device to be operated can be selected with the system changeover switch, in some cases, three or more touch operations are required to complete the target operation. There is a problem that the burden on the user increases due to a decrease in operability due to the deep operation hierarchy.
- the present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide a vehicular operating device that can reduce a user's burden by preventing a decrease in operability due to an operation hierarchy.
- the present invention employs the following means in order to solve the above problems and achieve the object.
- the vehicle operating device includes a display unit; an approach detection unit that detects that a part of a human body approaches the display unit; and on the display unit based on a detection result of the approach detection unit.
- a position specifying unit that specifies a position where a part of the human body approaches; an icon display screen that displays an icon corresponding to each operation item of a plurality of in-vehicle devices; and the position specifying unit that specifies the position
- a display control unit for displaying a selection screen for selecting a setting value or an operation mode of the operation item associated with the icon displayed at this position on the display unit when the operation is performed.
- the icon includes at least a character or a graphic representing the currently selected set value or the operation mode, and the display control unit includes all the icons that can be operated.
- the icon display screen shown is displayed on one screen of the display unit.
- all the icons made up of characters and figures representing the current set value and the current operation mode in the operation items of the in-vehicle device are displayed on the screen of the display unit as an icon display screen.
- the user selects an icon displayed on the icon display screen with a finger or the like.
- a setting value or operation mode selection screen corresponding to the icon is displayed.
- the setting value or the operation mode can be changed by performing an operation for selecting the setting value or the operation mode on the selection screen.
- the icon is made up of characters and figures representing the current setting value and operation mode of the operation item corresponding to this icon, the current setting value and operation mode for all operation items of a plurality of in-vehicle devices are displayed on the display unit.
- the icon display screen displayed on one screen For this reason, compared with the case where the current set value and operation mode are individually displayed for each in-vehicle device as in the conventional case, it is easy to visually recognize and can improve the merchantability, and the effect of reducing the display space is there. Furthermore, if an icon made up of characters and figures representing the current setting values and operation modes is operated, a selection screen is displayed. Accordingly, since the setting value and the operation mode can be changed immediately after the current setting value and the operation mode are confirmed, the setting value of each operation item and the operation mode can be changed intuitively. As a result, the operation time can be shortened.
- the display control unit displays the selection screen on which all the set values or the operation modes that can be operated are displayed on one screen of the display unit. It may be displayed.
- the display control unit reduces the contrast of the icon display screen when displaying the selection screen, and the icon display with the contrast reduced.
- the selection screen may be superimposed on the screen.
- the current operation hierarchy can be easily grasped by lowering the contrast when the selection screen is superimposed on the icon display screen (for example, switching to a display such as grayout). Can be operated more intuitively. As a result, there is an effect that merchantability can be improved.
- the display control unit is represented by a character or a graphic as a specific icon among the plurality of icons displayed on the icon display screen.
- the set value or the operation mode may be switched according to the current set value or the current operation mode displayed on another icon associated with the specific icon.
- the selection screen detects that the distance between the display unit and a part of the human body is equal to or less than a predetermined distance. Sometimes it may be displayed.
- the selection screen is displayed when the proximity detection unit detects that the distance between the display unit and a part of the human body is equal to or less than a predetermined distance. .
- the proximity detection unit detects that the distance between the display unit and a part of the human body is equal to or less than a predetermined distance.

Abstract
