- the line width ⁇ W of the cross electrode 13 is larger than the line width ⁇ W of the thin line electrode 12 that crosses the cross electrode 13. Thereby, the resistance loss due to the cross electrode 13 can be reduced. Further, the line width alpha W of the cross electrode 13 is smaller than the line width of the wiring member 20. As a result, it is possible to prevent the photoelectric conversion unit 11 from being warped due to the heat applied when the cross electrode 13 is formed due to the difference in the linear expansion coefficient between the cross electrode 13 and the photoelectric conversion unit 11. it can.

- the first adhesive portion 30A is stored in each of the plurality of reservoir portions R.
- the plurality of first adhesive portions 30 ⁇ / b> A are dispersed on the light receiving surface of the solar cell 10 in the longitudinal direction.
- Such a first adhesive portion 30A is formed by damming the adhesive material 30 protruding from between the two when the wiring material 20 is pressed against the solar cell 10 by the cross electrode 13. Therefore, the bulk of the adhesive 30 is increased until the side surface 20S of the wiring member 20 is reached in the reservoir portion R.
- the first adhesive portion 30A is formed across the main surface of the solar cell 10 and the side surface 20S of the wiring member 20. Therefore, the adhesive strength of the wiring member 20 can be increased.
- the second adhesive portion 30B is provided between the wiring member 20 and the solar cell 10.
- the first adhesive portion 30A and the second adhesive portion 30B are integrally formed. Therefore, the adhesive 30 can be easily bonded to the side surface 20S of the wiring member 20 without increasing the number of manufacturing steps.
- the height h1 of the first adhesive portion 30A is larger than the height h2 of the second adhesive portion 30B. Therefore, since the area where the adhesive 30 is bonded to the side surface 20S of the wiring member 20 can be increased, the bonding strength of the wiring member 20 can be increased.
- the adhesive material 30 when a resin containing a conductive material (not shown) is used as the adhesive material 30, a part of the conductive material is in direct contact with the surface of the wiring material 20 and the surface of the fine wire electrode 12. Therefore, by making the height h1 of the first bonding portion 30A larger than the height of the conductive material, the area where the first bonding portion 30A is bonded to the side surface 20S of the wiring material 20 can be increased. As a result, the adhesive strength of the wiring member 20 can be increased.
- FIG. 5 is a sectional view taken along line BB in FIG.
- the cross electrode 13 includes a covering portion 13 ⁇ / b> A covered with the wiring member 20 and an exposed portion 13 ⁇ / b> B exposed from the wiring member 20 when the solar cell 10 is viewed from the light receiving surface side.
- the height alpha TA of the cover portion 13A is smaller than the height alpha TB of the exposed portion 13B.
- the height ⁇ TB of the exposed portion 13B is larger than the height ⁇ T of the thin wire electrode 12 that intersects the cross electrode 13.
- the height ⁇ TA of the covering portion 13A, the height ⁇ TB of the exposed portion 13B, and the height ⁇ T of the thin wire electrode 12 may be substantially equal.
- a plurality of fine wire electrodes and crossing electrodes are formed on the back surface side of the solar cell 10 as in FIG.
- the present invention does not limit the electrode pattern on the back surface side of the solar cell 10.
- more thin wire electrodes than the plurality of thin wire electrodes 12 formed on the light receiving surface may be formed on the back surface of the solar cell 10, and a full surface electrode may be used instead of the plurality of thin wire electrodes. It may be formed.
