洁牙器及其组合套装 技术领域

人在进食后, 口腔的牙缝里总是或多或少藏有食物残渣物, 不及时清理容易滋生细 菌, 最后形成牙垢, 严重的还会造成蛀牙, 甚至影响身体健康, 因此则需要一种快速、 有效洁牙工具。 目前, 市面上的一般洁牙器的洁牙部分(刷子 /磨头) 与手柄部分是相 互固定死, 不可拆分、 更换, 而且刷头刷毛磨损至无法使用或影响刷洗效果是时, 都必 须整个牙间刷丢弃, 造成大量浪费, 对环境造成严重污染、 不环保, 使用时人都必须站 在镜子前操作, 费时费力, 加上口腔内光线灰暗, 不能准确地判断出牙斑的位置, 造成 使用过程中的诸多不便。 另外, 一般洁牙器没有出牙膏的功能, 使用时每清洁一颗或几 颗牙后则必须从口腔取出, 然后蘸上牙膏后再放入口腔继续清洁牙齿, 使用十分麻烦、 不方便,.而且每次挤牙膏时常常因力度过大而挤出过多的牙膏,大大增加了牙膏的浪费, 反之, 挤出过少的牙膏又造成洁牙不净, 洁牙效果不理想。
而牙签也是人们常用的洁牙工具之一, 但一般的牙签是釆用材质较硬的竹、 木等材 料做成, 剔牙过程中容易损伤牙龈, 造成出血, 甚至感染细菌, 还会常常出现该牙签尖 尖的剔牙部分断裂, 断裂部分描在牙缝里, 更难清除牙缝里的残渣物。
上述这些洁牙器和牙签型号单一, 不利于各种年龄阶段和各种不同齿形的人使用, 使用人群大受限制, 适用性差, 影响市场发展,。 实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于,提供一种带摄像头的洁牙部可更换且具有牙膏装置的电动 洁牙器。
本实用新型的另一目的在于,提供一种可视的携带方便的, 外观精美、 小巧、 高档、 实用且操作方便的洁牙器组合套装。

图 7是本实用新型所述洁牙器及其组合套装的实施例二的结构示意图, 其结构与实 施例一基本相同, 包括洁牙器 4、 便携式包装盒 5 , 且也以数据线 6连接。 区别在于洁 牙器 4包括有手柄 41和牙签 42 , 手柄 41前端端部 411同样两侧设有滑槽 412、 上表面 设有卡扣 413、 安装孔 414 , 卡扣 413两侧也设有卡凸 413' , 安装孔 414也纵向贯穿前 端端部 411, 且呈上宽下窄的 "T" 字形(当然也可以是其他上宽下窄的其他形状, 如倒 梯形柱)。手柄 41前端端部 411也设有另一滑盖 415 ,滑盖 415与实施例一所设滑盖 116 结构基本相同,一样设有凹位 416、卡块 417、卡口 418和锁定位 419,安装方法也相同。 牙签 42包括有剔牙部 421和脚部 422 , 剔牙部 421和脚部 422均釆用环保材料 (如 PP , 即 po lypropylene, 聚丙烯)做成, 且两部分一体注塑成型, 脚部 422形状大小与安装 孔 414相适配。 安装时, 先将牙签 42从上往下穿入端部 411上的安装孔 414 , 使其脚部 422卡在安装孔 414内, 然后滑入滑盖 415 , 即可将牙签 42连接固定在手柄 41上。 洁 牙器 4的手柄 41前端端部 411设计成与实施例一相同的垂直向下的上大下小的锥形末 端 410 , 并且同样设有前空腔放置马达、 摄像头、 牙膏腔体、 推杆及导管 (图中未表示 出来), 和后空腔放置电路板、 接口 (图中未表示出来), 手柄 41 上套有牙膏装置的转 动套 141,, 还设有摄像开关 13 和马达开关 15'。 便携式包装盒 5也由盒底 51、 盒盖 52组成, 且一端转动连接。 盒底 51上设有手柄存放腔 511、 数据线存放腔 512 , 盒盖 52上设有显示屏 521、 充电电池 522 , 侧端还设有数据传输接口 523、 充电接口 524以 及保护门 525 , 区别仅在于盒底 51上设有的是牙签存放腔 513 , 磨头存放腔 513内存放 有各种不同型号、 尺寸的牙签 42,。 图 8 是本实用新型实施例二所述洁牙器的所述牙签第一种结构的示意图, 该牙签 42a包括有剔牙部 4 a和脚部 422a , 其中剔牙部 421 a设计成近似于直角三角形, 该三 角形剔牙部 《la从上往下 (即直角边到斜边)逐渐变薄, 形状与一般的刀类似, 而且 其上下表面分别还设有锯齿 423a , 使用时剔牙部 421 a即可进入牙缝深片将食物残渣物 掏出, 并且锯齿面还可磨掉牙缝里的牙齿表面上的牙垢等。 清除更彻底、 干净。
图 9 是本实用新型实施例二所述洁牙器的所述牙签第二种结构的示意图, 该牙签 42b包括有剔牙部 421 b和脚部 422b ,其中剔牙部 421 b上下两侧分别设有一排倒刺 423b , 呈鱼骨状, 使用时倒刺 423b可将牙缝里的青菜、 肉丝等残渣物钩出, 操作十分容易、 方便, 清洁更轻松。
图 10是本实用新型实施例二所述洁牙器的所述牙签第三种结构的示意图, 该牙签 42 c包括有剔牙部 421 c和脚部 422 c ,其中剔牙部 421 c上下两侧分别设有一排凹口 423 c , 呈波浪状, 使用时牙缝里的食物残渣物会掉进凹口 423c里, 操作也容易、 方便。
图 11是本实用新型实施例二所述洁牙器的所述牙签第四种结构的示意图, 该牙签 42d包括有剔牙部 421d和脚部 422d , 其中剔牙部 421呈尖状, 将其塞到牙缝里即可把 食物残渣物挑出, 操作很方便。
图 12是本实用新型实施例三所述洁牙器及組合套装的结构示意图, 其结构与实施 例一、 实施例二基本相同, 包括洁牙器 7、 便携式包装盒 8 , 且也以数据线 9连接。 区 别仅在于洁牙器 7包括有手柄 71和磨头 72 , 磨头 72由磨石 721、 磨头套 722组成, 其 中磨石 721由硅胶材料做成, 呈圆锥形, 其锥形底部设有固定柱 723 , 固定柱 723以注 塑方式固定在磨头套 722下方, 磨头套 722右端还注塑有卡头腔 724 , 相应地, 手柄 71 最前端设有与卡头腔 724相适配的卡头 711 , 将卡头腔 724卡入卡头 711 , 手柄 71与磨 头 72即得以连接、 固定。 但实施例三的洁牙器 7的手柄 71与实施例一、 实施例二的手 柄 (11、 41 )一样, 同样设有前空腔 71A、 后空腔 71B , 前空腔 71A内也设有马达 712、 摄像头 713、 牙膏腔体 714、 推杆(图中未表示出来)及导管 715 , 后空腔 71B内设有电 路板 716、 接口 717 , 手柄 71上套有牙膏装置的转动套 718, 还设有摄像开关 719和马 达开关 710。 便携式包装盒 8也由盒底 81、 盒盖 82组成, 且一端转动连接。 盒底 81上 设有手柄存放腔 811、 数据线存放腔 812 , 盒盖 82上设有显示屏 821、 充电电池 822 , 侧端还设有数据传输接口 823、 充电接口 824以及保护门 825 , 区别仅在于盒底 81上设 有的是磨头存放腔 81 3 , 磨头存放腔 813内存放有各种不同型号、 尺寸的磨头 72' 。
在使用本实用新型实施例一、 实施例二或实施例三所述的洁牙器组合套装时, 先选 好合适规格的刷子、 牙签或磨头与手柄组装好(即得洁牙器), 并以数据线与便携式包 装盒连接, 然后打开电源开关, 接着把洁牙器手柄前端(即刷子、 牙签或磨头及摄像头 部分)放入口腔, 即可通过便携式包装盒设有的显示屏清楚地观察到洁牙器上摄像头所 拍摄口腔内牙齿上牙斑或食物残渣的位置, 最后可针对性地对牙斑或残渣进行手动或电 动(开启马达开关即可实现)地清洁。 当感觉到不舒适或清洁不彻底时, 还可调节牙膏 装置的转动套挤出适量的牙膏来辅助清洁工作, 当发现牙齿异常时还可按下摄像开关进 行拍照、保存, 以作为医生治疗的参考资料, 清洁完毕后关闭电源开关即可,操作简单、 使用方便又轻松。 当然, 本实用新型所述的洁牙器也可单独直接与其它显示装置(如笔 记本电脑、 LCD显示屏)连接使用。

Claims

要求
1. 一种洁牙器包括有洁牙部和手柄, 其特征在于: 所述洁牙部活动连接于所述手 柄前端。
2. 根据权利要求 1 所述的洁牙器, 其特征在于: 所述洁牙部是刷子, 所述手柄设 有与其前端端部相适配的滑盖或旋转帽, 所迷刷子以该滑盖式结构或旋转帽式结构可拆 卸地安装在所述手柄上。
3. 根据权利要求 2 所述的洁牙器, 其特征在于: 所述手柄前端端部两侧均设有滑 槽、上表面设有卡扣、安装孔和凹槽, 所述滑盖下方向内凹陷形成凹位, 内壁设有卡块, 上方设有卡口, 组装时, 所述刷子安装在所述安装孔上, 并滑入所述滑盖, 所述卡口卡 在所述卡扣上, 即可固定。
4. 根据权利要求 3所述的洁牙器, 其特征在于: 所述安装孔纵向贯穿端部, 呈圆 柱形, 且与所述凹槽连接。
5. 根据权利要求 2所述的洁牙器, 其特征在于: 所述手柄前端呈圆柱形, 所述旋 转帽套在所述圓柱形前端上, 所迷圆柱形前端表面设有旋转槽, 还设有的插孔, 所述插 孔所述旋转槽连通, 所述旋转帽内侧相应位置之间设有定位块, 组装时, 所述刷子的刷 柄插入所述插孔内, 旋转所述旋转套, 所述刷柄末端部分卡在所述旋转槽内。
6. 根据权利要求 1 所述的洁牙器, 其特征在于: 所述洁牙部是牙签, 所述手柄设 有与其前端端部相适配的滑盖, 所述牙签以该滑盖式结构可拆卸地安装在所述手柄上。
7. 根据权利要求 6所述的洁牙器, 其特征在于: 所述手柄前端端部两侧均设有滑 槽、 上表面设有卡扣和安装孔, 所述滑盖下方向内凹陷形成凹位, 内壁设有卡块, 上方 设有卡口, 组装时, 所述牙签的安装在所述安装孔上, 并滑入所述滑盖, 所述卡口卡在 所迷卡扣上, 即可固定。
8. 根据权利要求 7所述的洁牙器, 其特征在于: 所述安装孔纵向贯穿端部, 呈上 宽下窄的 "T" 字形或者倒梯形柱状。
9. 根据权利要求 6所述的洁牙器, 其特征在于: 所述牙签包括有剔牙部和脚部, 所述剔牙部设计成近似于直角三角形, 并从上往下逐渐变薄, 形状与一般的刀类似, 其 上下表面分别还设有锯齿。
10. 根据权利要求 6所述的洁牙器, 其特征在于: 所述牙签包括有剔牙部和脚部, 所述剔牙部上下两侧分别设有一排倒刺, 呈鱼骨状。
11. 根据权利要求 6所述的洁牙器, 其特征在于: 所迷牙签包括有剔牙部和脚部, 所述剔牙部上下两侧分别设有一排凹口, 呈波浪状。
12. 根据权利要求 6所述的洁牙器, 其特征在于: 所迷牙签包括有剔牙部和脚部,, 所述剔牙部呈尖状。
13. 根据权利要求 1所述的洁牙器, 其特征在于: 所述洁牙部是磨头, 所述手柄前 端设有卡头, 所述磨头设有与所述卡头相适配的卡头腔, 组装时, 所述卡头腔卡在所述 卡头上。
14. 根据权利要求 13所迷的洁牙器, 其特征在于: 所述磨头包括有磨石、 磨头套, 所述磨石安装于所述磨头套一端下方, 另一端安装有所述卡头腔。
15. 根据权利要求 14所述的洁牙器, 其特征在于: 所述磨石由硅胶材料做成, 呈 圆锥形。
16. 根据权利要求 2或 6所述的洁牙器, 其特征在于: 所述手柄前端端部呈向下垂 直状, 所述刷子和所述牙签均与所述手柄垂直。
17. 根据权利要求 16所述的洁牙器, 其特征在于: 所述手柄端部向下垂直部分的 末端呈上大下小的锥形, 且由富有很好柔韧性的环保材料做成。
18. 根据权利要求 1-15 中任何一项所述的洁牙器, 其特征在于: 所述手柄前端还 设有摄像头, 还有显示装置连接所述摄像头。
19. 根据权利要求 18所述的洁牙器, 其特征在于: 所述摄像头设于所述手柄前端 内, 且朝外对着所述刷子、 所述牙签或所述磨头。
20. 根据权利要求 19所述的洁牙器, 其特征在于: 所述摄像头周围以超声波焊接 有塔形的防水罩, 所述防水罩前部为抛光面,外侧为磨砂面, 所迷防水罩内装有 LED灯, 所述 LED灯焊接于所述防水罩内所设有的环型软板上。
21. 根据权利要求 1所述的洁牙器, 其特征在于: 所述洁牙器还设有牙膏装置, 所 述牙膏装置包括有牙膏腔体、 推杆、 活塞、 导管以及控制牙膏挤出量的旋转套, 所述牙 膏腔体内一端安装有所述活塞, 另一端连接有所述导管, 所述导管另一端延伸至所述手 柄前端处,所述推杆一端伸入所迷牙膏腔体与所述活塞连接,另一端与所述旋转套连接。
22. 根据权利要求 21 所述的洁牙器, 其特征在于: 所述旋转套套与所述手柄上, 且内侧设有螺纹与所述推杆适配。
23. 根据权利要求 1所述的洁牙器, 其特征在于: 所述洁牙器还设有马达, 所述马 达震动带动所述整个手柄或所述手柄前端震动, 即所述刷子或所述磨头震动。
24. 根据权利要求 19-23任何一项所述的洁牙器, 其特征在于: 所述手柄设有内前 空腔、 后空腔, 所述前空腔设有所述摄像头、 所述牙膏腔体、 所述推杆、 所述导管及所 述马达, 所述后空腔设有电路板、 数据传输接口, 且所述摄像头、 所述马达以导线与所 述电路板连接。
25. 一种洁牙器组合套装, 其特征在于: 包括有权利要求 18所述洁牙器、 便携式 包装盒, 且所述洁牙器以数据线与所述便携式包装盒连接。
26. 根据权利要求 25 所述的洁牙器组合套装, 其特征在于: 所述洁牙器以数据线 与所述便携式包装盒活动连接。
27. 根据权利要求 26所述的洁牙器组合套装, 其特征在于: 所述便携式包装盒包 括有折合式连接的盒座与盒盖, 所述盒盖安装有显示屏、 充电电池, 所述盒座设有安放 所述洁牙器手柄、 刷子或磨头的存放腔, 所述数据线的存放腔。
28. 根据权利要求 37所述的洁牙器组合套装, 其特征在于: 所述包装盒还设有用 于与所述洁牙器连接的数据传输接口, 以及用于充电的充电接口。
