Abstract

Procédé d'obtention et structure à surface texturée constituant le support d'un dispositif à diode électroluminescente organique, structure pourvue d'un substrat (10) transparent en verre minéral sur lequel est éventuellement déposé une couche d'interface en verre minéral (2), le profil de texturation de la surface étant formé d'excroissances (14) et de creux (15), qui sont définis par une TF ou un paramètre de rugosité Rdq tel que les excroissances ne sont pas trop pointues et assurent une amélioration du gain en extraction. Le procédé consiste notamment à déposer sur le substrat en verre une couche de revêtement (11 ) et à assurer une contraction de l'ensemble par chauffage et refroidissement.
