网络优化是通信网络日常维护的重要场景,通过釆集网络目前的 关键性能指标(Key Performance Indicators, KPI )、 跟踪, 测量记录 ( Measurement Record )等数据, 对网络运行状况进行监控, 及时发 现影响网络运行性能的地方, 比如邻区漏配、覆盖空洞、频率干扰等, 并有针对性地进行调整, 以达到提升网络运行性能的目的。传统优化 方案可以通过维护人员使用离线的软件工具来完成,从网元上釆集关 键性能指标、 测量记录等性能、 告警、 配置之类网络运行维护的数据 信息,对数据进行分析后,发现和指出网络中存在的影响性能的问题, 用户对问题加以确认后, 维护人员找出合理的解决方案, 并根据解决 方案来调整网络参数, 实现网络优化。
长期演进系统(Long Term Evolution, LTE )作为下一代无线通 信技术,具有海量网元、全 IP、多厂商设备混用、跨不同制式等特点, 面临的运行维护场景更为复杂, 如果使用传统维护方式, 则维护网络 将是成本巨大的。 发明内容
本发明实施例提供了网络自优化的方法、设备和系统, 解决了传 统网络优化方案场景复杂, 维护网络成本巨大的问题。

在本发明实施例中 ,被管理者通过确定执行第一自优化方案的第 一自优化效果值来和一个预先设置的第一预期自优化效果值进行对 比, 被管理者可以获知执行第一自优化方案所产生的自优化效果, 并 发送代表该自优化效果的通知消息,管理者根据该通知消息可以获知 被管理者执行第一自优化方案所产生的自优化效果。 因此, 釆用本发 明实施例中的方法, 网络可以实现自优化, 解决了传统网络优化场景 复杂, 过程繁瑣和依靠维护人员的经验、 判断和操作的问题, 给长期 演进系统中的网络维护提供了一种解决方案。 进一步, 管理者可以获 知被管理者执行第一自优化方案所产生的自优化效果。
在本发明实施例中,被管理者可以为包含集成参考点代理的网元 管理系统或者网络设备,被管理者也可以为经由网元管理系统接受网 络管理系统进行管理的网络设备,管理者可以为包含集成参考点管理 者的网络管理系统。
下面结合具体实施例和附图对本发明做进一步详细说明。
如图 1所示,本发明实施例提供了一种网络自优化的方法,包括: 步骤 2100: 被管理者执行第一自优化方案。
被管理者从现网, 也即网络设备釆集各种性能测量数据, 并对数 据进行分析, 根据数据反映出来的网络状况和预期的指标值的对比 , 被管理者针对网络状况自动输出一份优化方案,该自动输出的过程是 基于将成熟的专家经验整合为程序的基础上,通过该基于专家经验的 程序来生成该优化方案 ,本发明实施例中对如何将成熟的专家经验整 合为程序以及如何使用该程序来生成一个优化方案不进行具体限定。
步骤 2200: 根据该第一自优化方案的执行结果, 被管理者确定 第一自优化效果值。
当被管理者执行完第一自优化方案后, 被管理者釆集现网数据, 对数据进行分析评估,并根据对数据的分级评估确定执行第一自优化 方案所带来的自优化效果, 称该自优化效果为第一自优化效果值。
步骤 2300: 根据第一自优化效果值和第一预期自优化效果值, 被管理者发送自优化效果通知消息。
自优化效果通知消息中可以包括被管理者执行第一自优化方案 所产生的自优化效果的信息。
在被管理者中, 可以有一个设置的自优化效果值, 当自优化效果 值达到该设置的自优化效果值时, 就停止优化, 这个值可以是一个人 为随时改变的设置值也可以是一个固定的默认值,称该设置的自优化 效果值为第一预期自优化效果值。 例如, 自优化目标就是一种可以设 置的自优化效果值, 当达到或者优于预先设定的自优化目标值时, 自 优化可以停止。

当被管理者确定的第一自优化效果值差于第一预期自优化效果 值时, 被管理者认为优化失败, 网络状况趋于恶化, 此时, 自优化效 果的信息包含优化失败的信息,该优化失败的信息用于标识所述第一 自优化效果值差于执行所述第一自优化方案之前的自优化方案所产 生的自优化效果值。
进一步,如果在第一自优化方案之前被管理者已经执行过自优化 方案,对于优化效果的判断还可以基于被管理者执行第一自优化方案 之前的自优化方案的效果, 当被管理者确定的第一自优化效果值差于 第一预期自优化效果值,但是优于第一自优化方案之前的自优化方案 所产生的自优化效果值时, 被管理者认为优化有效, 网络状况趋于好 转, 此时, 自优化效果的信息包含优化有效的信息, 该优化有效的信 息用于标识所述第一自优化效果值差于第一预期自优化效果值,但是 优于第一自优化方案之前的自优化方案所产生的自优化效果值。

由于网络状况可能会变化,依据当前网络状况给出的第一自优化 方案是有有效时间的, 当管理者发送第一消息通知被管理者执行第一 自优化方案的时间晚于第一自优化方案的有效时间时,也即超过第一 自优化方案的有效时间后, 被管理者不会再执行该第一自优化方案。 第一自优化方案的有效时间可以有两种表示方法:一种为使用绝对时 间表示法, 如给出一个通用协调时间, 表示该第一自优化方案在此通 用协调时间之前有效; 另一种为使用相对时间表示法, 如用一个数值 来代表一个计数器,在这个计数器的时间范围内该第一自优化方案有 效。
釆用步骤 8102、 步骤 8103和步骤 8104中的方法, 可以提供给 管理者的维护人员进行人工干预的可能, 同时, 当维护人员对被管理 者所产生的自优化方案信任后, 可以通过设置管理者来把步骤 8103 和步骤 8104的人工确认的流程给省略。 进一步, 通过引入第一自优 化方案的有效时间,可以避免由于执行过期的自优化方案而导致网络 状况恶化的情况。
步骤 8200: 当被管理者执行第一自优化方案失败时, 被管理者 确定回退到执行第一自优化方案之前的网络状态。
