Abstract
Disclosed is an impact-resistant envelope which can function as an envelope having impact resistance when used with an article accommodated therein, but the volume occupied by the envelope when said envelope is not being used, such as during transportation or storage, can be reduced by making the impact-resistant members assume the form of sheets. The impact-resistant envelope is provided with an external bag formed by paper having an insertion aperture at one end and a fixed bottom at the other end, and two sheets formed by paper which can be accommodated inside this bag. A metal expandable slit element is provided within these two sheets parallel with the open end of the envelope. Also, one side thereof is fixed at the aperture end of the bag, and the sides opposite to this first-mentioned side are fixed together. The dimensions of the sheets in the direction perpendicular to the slit are smaller than the internal dimensions of the bag in the same direction, so that an envelope having impact resistance is constituted only in use.

The envelope having cushioning properties according to claim 1 of the present invention is configured such that two sheets provided inside the outer bag function as cushioning materials. The sheet is provided with expanded metal-like cuts, and the sheet becomes mesh-like when stretched in a direction perpendicular to the direction of the cut, as in the process of producing expanded metal. At the same time, deformation of each part of the sheet also occurs in the sheet thickness direction, and as a result, the sheet functions as a cushioning material having elasticity. Since the deformed sheet tends to return to its original shape, in order to maintain the stretched state, it is necessary to plastically deform the sheet like an expanded metal or to maintain a stretching force in an elastically deformed state. However, in order to function as a cushioning material, it is generally desirable to keep within elastic deformation. Therefore, it is necessary to maintain the drawing force.
The sheet functioning as a cushioning material has one side fixed to the open end of the external bag body, and the sides opposite to the side are fixed. In that case, the cut | notch of this sheet | seat is parallel to the opening part of the said external bag body. Since the dimension in the direction perpendicular to the notch of the sheet is smaller than the inner dimension in the same direction of the outer bag, the sheet is stretched when an article accommodated in the outer bag is inserted. Further, when the opening of the external bag is sealed, the sheet is held in the stretched state. Therefore, as long as the sheet is sealed, the sheet functions as a cushioning material.
When the seal is released and the article inside is taken out, the elastically deformed sheet is released from the force that holds the stretched state and is restored to its original shape. The deformation in the thickness direction of the sheet is eliminated and the original thickness is restored. As a result, since the envelope has almost the volume before use, the required volume can be reduced even when discarded, which can contribute to the reduction of the capacity as waste.
Moreover, since the envelope which has buffer property of this invention employ | adopts the structure by which all of the sheet | seat which functions as the said external bag body and a buffer material is formed of paper, it can recycle without separating after use. Is possible.

The envelope having cushioning properties according to claim 2 of the present invention adopts a configuration in which both or one of the outer bag and the sheet functioning as a cushioning material is formed of a resin sheet. For example, when waterproofness and moisture resistance are required, or when there is a need to confirm the contents through without opening, these performances can be added. Further, if the outer bag and the sheet are formed of the same resin, it can be discarded without separation in this case.
In the envelope having cushioning properties according to claim 3 of the present invention, in addition to the two sheets functioning as the outer bag body and the cushioning material, at least one sheet of paper or a mount made of resin is inserted therein. Yes. The mount is of a size that can be completely accommodated in the outer bag, but the size in the direction perpendicular to the sheet notch is larger than the size in the same direction of the sheet. In order for the sheet to function as a cushioning material, it is necessary to stretch the sheet by pressing a portion where the two sheets are fixed to each other. However, when an article that is considerably smaller than the external bag is accommodated, the mount extends the sheet by pushing the fixing portion of the two sheets instead of the article, and functions as an envelope having a cushioning property. It becomes like this.
In the envelope having cushioning properties according to claim 4 of the present invention, when two or more of the mounts are inserted, the mounts are at least one side of the other three sides excluding the opening side of the external bag body. It is the structure which has adhered. When the articles are stored, they are sandwiched between the mounts, but the mounts are fixed to each other, so that the work of pushing into the external bag body is facilitated. Further, with respect to the side on the opening side, a flap may be provided so that it can be fixed after the article is accommodated.

FIG. 1 is a schematic configuration diagram of an envelope 1 having cushioning properties according to the present embodiment. The envelope 1 is composed of anexternal bag body 2 having an insertion opening at one end and a bottom end fixed to the other end, and two sheets 3 functioning as cushioning materials. The sheet 3 is provided with an expanded metal cut 4 so as to be parallel to the opening end. FIG. 2 shows a state in which the sheet 3 is stretched in a direction perpendicular to the notch 4.
FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view taken along the cutting line XX of the present embodiment. One side of thesheet 3 is fixed to the opening end 5 of the external bag body 2, and opposite sides 6 are fixed to each other. The dimension L of the sheet 3 in the direction perpendicular to the notch 4 is smaller than the dimension L2 of the outer bag 2 in the same direction.
FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view taken along a cutting line XX in a state in which thearticle 7 is completely inserted into the outer bag 2 in the present embodiment. The sheet 3 is deformed in the sheet thickness direction by being stretched. By this deformation, the sheet 3 itself has a shape in which arch-shaped protrusions are continuous, and functions as a cushioning material having elasticity against a load from the thickness direction.
In the embodiment described above, theexternal bag body 2 and the two sheets 3 functioning as cushioning materials are fixed to constitute the bag body 1 having buffering properties. The two sheets 3 may be formed integrally in advance, and further, the external bag body 2 fixed at the opening end 5 and the two sheets 3 functioning as cushioning materials are formed integrally in advance. May be. FIG. 5 is a schematic configuration diagram when the envelope 1 having buffering properties of the present invention is formed from a single sheet. Further, it is desirable that a sealing flap 8 is provided on the outer bag body 2, but an adhesive tape 9 may be applied in advance to the flap 8 or a portion to be fixed to the flap 8 of the outer bag body 2. good.
Second Embodiment A buffered envelope 1 according to a second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings with reference to FIG. FIG. 6 is a schematic configuration diagram of a state where themount 10 is inserted into the envelope 1. The mount 10 has a dimension that can be completely accommodated in the outer bag 2, but the dimension L 3 in the same direction is larger than the dimension L in the direction perpendicular to the notch 4 of the sheet 3. Therefore, when the sheet 3 is not stretched, the mount 10 is partially protruded from the outer bag 2. As shown in FIG. 6, when an article 7 that is considerably smaller than the external bag 2 is accommodated, the sheet 3 is deformed to function as a cushioning material when the mount 10 is completely accommodated in the external bag 2. become. The mount 10 may be fixed at the sheet 3 and the side 6.
Third Embodiment A cushioning envelope 1 according to a third embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. FIG. 7 is a schematic configuration diagram showing a state in which twomounts 10 are inserted into the envelope 1 and three sides other than the side 11 on the opening side are fixed. In this case, the two mounts 10 may be integrally formed on any side other than the side 11 on the opening side, and if a sealing flap 12 is provided on one side of the mount 10 as shown in FIG. Sealing after storing 7 can prevent the article 7 from moving between the mounts 10. Further, the adhesive tape 13 may be attached in advance to the portion of the flap 12 or the portion to be fixed to the flap 12 of the mount 10.
The embodiment described above shows one aspect of the present invention, and the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and has the configuration of the present invention to achieve the object and effect. Needless to say, modifications and improvements within the scope of the present invention are included in the content of the present invention.
