Abstract
A water-cooling intercooler for a vehicle according to the present invention comprises: a heat exchanger formed of a plurality of heat exchange plates laminated with a distance apart from each other; a pair of air inlet/outlet side covers respectively provided to one side wall surface of the heat exchanger and the opposite wall surface thereof and formed with an air inlet and an air outlet for air flow; a pair of cooling water inlet/outlet side covers respectively provided to another side wall surface of the heat exchanger and the opposite wall surface thereof and formed with a cooling water inlet and a cooling water outlet for cooling water flow; and a plurality of beads protruded from the opposite surfaces of the respective heat exchange plates of the heat exchanger at portions where the cooling water flows for turbulating the flow of the cooling water, wherein the flow of the cooling water may be turbulated without mounting any additional turbulators, and thus productivity can be increased.
