Abstract

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Verfahren sowie eine Anlage zur Herstellung eines Solarzellenmoduls umfassend in zumindest zwei zueinander ausgerichteten wie parallel zueinander und auf einer Unterlage angeordneten Reihen von untereinander verschalteten Solarzellen. Um das Handling zu vereinfachen und Beschädigungen von Solarzellen bzw. Querverbindern bei der Herstellung weitgehend zu vermeiden, werden die Verfahrensschritte vorgeschlagen:Bereitstellen und Ausrichten der Unterlage, Ausrichten der Solarzellen und Positionieren dieser auf der Unterlage, Auflegen von Zellenverbindern auf einander zugewandten Randbereichen von aneinander grenzenden Solarzellen und Verbinden der Zellenverbinder mit den Randbereichen, Verbinden der untereinander verbundenen Solarzellen mit Querverbindern und Abdecken der ver schalteten Solarzellen mit einer Abdeckung.
