It is determined whether or not to delete the existing symptom information (step S701). When the CPU 11 determines to delete the symptom information (step S701: YES), the CPU 11 deletes the temporarily stored symptom information (step S702). If the CPU 11 determines not to delete the symptom information (step S701: NO), the CPU 11 returns the process to step S601 and repeats the above-described process.
- an appropriate action can be executed based on the symptom information stored in the symptom information storage unit 331, an event having a predetermined occurrence pattern occurs. - the terminal device 3 Since the symptom information determined to have a high probability of occurrence of an event is stored in advance in the symptom information storage unit 331 of the terminal device 3, the terminal device 3 is not connected to the central device 1. However, there is a high possibility that symptom information matching the generated pattern is stored in the symptom information storage unit 331, and in most cases, an appropriate action can be executed based on the stored symptom information.
- the transmission unit 504 transmits information regarding the occurrence pattern of events and the timing of erasing symptom information, which is information related to a plurality of tasks and actions corresponding to the occurrence pattern, at the time of transmission of symptom information. It is preferable to transmit to the apparatus 3 together.
- the terminal device 3 is prevented from compressing the computer resources of the terminal device 3, and the symptom information determined to have a high probability of occurrence of an event is constantly updated to the latest information, so that the terminal device does not perform data communication with the central device 1. - the timing for receiving the event log information is not particularly limited, and may be the timing at which the terminal device 3 is connected to the central device 1 or at regular intervals even when a new event occurs. May be.
- the CPU 11 disconnects the connection with the terminal device 3 to be monitored (step S902), and selects one symptom information from the plurality of symptom information stored in the symptom database 131 of the storage device 13 (step S903). ).
- the CPU 11 executes the task stored in association with the selected symptom information (step S904), determines the number of tasks whose execution result is “false (F)”, and the probability of occurrence of an event occurrence pattern.
- the index value is counted (step S905).
- FIG. 10 is an explanatory diagram of a method of calculating the index value from the task execution result stored in association with each symptom information. As shown in FIG. 10, a plurality of tasks A, B, C, D,... Are stored in association with one selected symptom information.
- Each task is executed sequentially, and the execution result is calculated as a logical value 'true (T)' or 'false (F)'.
