Abstract

Dans un procédé de séparation d'air par distillation cryogénique, on envoie de l'air comprimé, épuré et refroidi dans une ligne d'échange (11 ) à une colonne d'un système de colonnes comprenant une colonne moyenne pression (15) et une colonne basse pression (17), on soutire au moins un fluide enrichi en un composant de l'air du système de colonnes, on comprime de l'azote de la colonne moyenne pression dans un compresseur froid (51 ), on refroidit le fluide comprimé dans la ligne d'échange pour former de l'azote refroidi et on condense au moins partiellement l'azote refroidi dans un condenseur (19,23) du système de colonnes.
