本发明涉及移动通信技术, 特别涉及一种移动通信系统中的用户信 息通知方法、 系统和装置。 发明背景
在传统的第三代合作伙伴项目 (3GPP, 3rd-Generation Partnership Project ) 系统中, 无线网络控制器(RNC, Radio Network Controller ) I 基站控制器(BSC, Base Station Controller )可以通过对所保存的用户终 端(UE, User Equipment ) 的国际移动用户识别码 ( IMSI, International Mobile Subscriber Identity )进行分析来进行无线资源管理( RRM , Radio Resource Management ), 以决定 UE优先使用哪个频率层进行处理, 完 成相应的无线接入过程。 比如, 基于 IMSI 的切换过程(IMSI Based Handover ) 中, RNC/BSC可以通过对 UE的 IMSI进行分析来获取 UE 的签约信息, 进而根据该签约信息为该 UE分配无线接入所需的资源或 参数等, 完成无线接入过程。
现有的系统框架演进 ( SAE, System Architecture Evolution )或长期 演进( LTE, Long Term Evolution ) 系统也支持基于 UE的签约信息的无 线资源管理 ( RRM, Radio Resource Management )策略。 比如, 演进的 通用移动通信系统无线接入网 ( E-UTRNA , Evolution -Universal Mobile Telecommunication System Terrestrial Access Network ) 中 , 演进型基站 ( eNodeB )可根据 UE的签约信息中的无线接入技术( RAT, Radio Access Technology ) /频率选择 ( Frequency Selection )优先级信息来决定 UE的 小区重选的优先级, 以及将重定向连接模式下的 UE决定到不同的频率 层或不同的 RAT。
但是,出于安全原因的考虑, eNodeB中并不保存用户的 IMSI信息, 因此也就无法通过分析 IMSI来得到 UE的 RAT/ Frequency Selection优 先级信息, 所以, eNodeB只能靠其它实体, 比如移动管理实体( MME, Mobile Management Entity )来通知其 UE的 RAT/ Frequency Selection优 先级信息。
现有技术中, 在初始附着( attach )过程中, 归属用户服务器( HSS , Home Subscriber Server )会将 UE的 RAT/ Frequency Selection优先级信 息提供给 MME; MME接收到该信息后,如果确定 UE处于非漫游状态, 则直接保存该信息; 如果确定 UE处于漫游状态, 则首先根据 UE当前 所在拜访网络的策略对该信息进行修改, 然后再进行保存。 图 1为现有 初始 attach过程示意图。 如图 1所示, 在步骤 10中, HSS向 MME发送 插入用户数据 ( Insert Subscriber Data ) 消息, 其中携带有 UE的 RAT/ Frequency Selection优先级信息。
通过图 1所示方式, MME即可获取 UE的 RAT/ Frequency Selection 优先级信息,可是依据前面的介绍可知,真正需要这些信息的是 eNodeB。 但是 MME如何将自身获取到的 UE的 RAT/ Frequency Selection优先级 信息通知给 eNodeB在现有技术中却没有进行说明。
同时, 当运营商对 HSS中的 UE签约信息进行修改后, HSS也会向
MME发送 Insert Subscriber Data消息,通知 MME UE的 RAT/ Frequency Selection优先级信息已经改变, 而 MMS同样只是保存该信息, 并不触 发其它的过程。 也就是说, 现有技术中对于这种情况下, MME如何将 爹改后的 UE的 RAT/ Frequency Selection优先级信息通知给 eNodeB也 没有给出相应的解决方式。
可见,现有技术中,由于得不到来自 MME的通知消息,所以 eNodeB 无法获取到所需的 UE的 RAT/ Frequency Selection优先级信息, 从而也 就无法 ^^据该信息进行无线资源管理, 影响系统性能。 发明内容
有鉴于此, 本发明主要目的在于提供一种用户信息通知方法, 使得 eNodeB能够获取到 UE的 RAT/Frequency Selection优先级信息。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种用户信息通知系统, 使得 eNodeB 能够获取到 UE的 RAT/Frequency Selection优先级信息。
本发明的再一目的在于提供一种用户信息通知装置, 使得 eNodeB 能够获取到 UE的 RAT/Frequency Selection优先级信息。
为达到上述目的, 本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种用户信息通知方法, 该方法包括:
移动管理实体 MME将获取到的用户终端 UE的无线接入技术 RAT/ 频率选择 Frequency Selection优先级信息通知给演进型基站 eNodeB。
一种用户信息通知系统, 该系统包括: 移动管理实体 MME和演进 型基站 eNodeB;
所述 MME, 用于将获取到的用户终端 UE的无线接入技术 RAT/频 率选择 Frequency Selection优先级信息通知给所述 eNodeB;
所述 eNodeB , 用于接收来自所述 MME的 UE的 RAT/ Frequency Selection优先级信息。
一种用户信息通知装置, 该装置包括: 获取单元和通知单元; 所述获取单元,用于获取用户终端 UE的无线接入技术 RAT/频率选 Frequency Selection优先级信息; 所述通知单元,用于将所述获取到的 UE的 RAT/ Frequency Selection 优先级信息通知给演进型基站 eNodeB。

为使本发明的目的、 技术方案及优点更加清楚明白, 以下参照附图 并举实施例, 对本发明作进一步地详细说明。
针对现有技术中存在的问题, 本发明中提出一种新的用户信息通知 方法, 由 MME将获取到的 UE的 RAT/ Frequency Selection优先级信息 通知给 eNodeB。 具体通知方法包括: 当 UE执行初始 attach过程、 跟踪 区域更新(TAU, Track Area Update )过程, 或从空闲 (IDLE )状态迁 移到活跃 ( Active )状态时, MME 通过初始上下文建立请求 (Initial Context Setup Request ) 消息将获取到的 UE的 RAT/ Frequency Selection 优先级信息通知给 eNodeB; 当 UE处于 Active状态时, MME通过用户 终端上下文修改请求( UE Context Modification Request ) 消息将获取到 的 UE的 RAT/ Frequency Selection优先级信息通知给 eNodeB。
下面通过具体的实施例对本发明所述方案作进一步地详细说明: 图 2为本发明用户信息通知方法一实施例的流程图。 如图 2所示, 包括以下步骤:
步骤 201: MME向 eNodeB发送 Initial Context Setup Request消息。 当 UE执行初始 attach过程或 TAU过程时, MME会与 HSS进行信 息交互, 通过接收来自 HSS的 Insert Subscriber Data消息, 获取其中携 带的 UE的 RAT/ Frequency Selection优先级信息。 之后, 按照本发明实 施例所述方法, MME向 eNodeB发送 Initial Context Setup Request消息, 其中携带有 RAT/ Frequency Selection优先级( Priority )参数, 将 UE的 RAT/ Frequency Selection优先级信息通知给 eNodeB。
另夕卜, 当 UE处于 IDLE状态, 发起服务请求( Service Request )过 程, 将自身的状态由 IDLE状态迁移到 Active状态时, MME也可以将 预先获取自 HSS的 UE的 RAT/ Frequency Selection优先级信息通知给 eNodeB , 即向 eNodeB发送 Initial Context Setup Request消息, 其中携带 有 RAT/ Frequency Selection Priority参数。
这里所提到的 MME中预先获取的 UE的 RAT/ Frequency Selection 优先级信息, 可以是指当运营商对 HSS中的 UE签约信息进行修改后, HSS触发 Insert Subscriber Data过程,将修改后的 UE的 RAT/ Frequency Selection优先级信息通知给 MME的。 MME获取到该信息后, 如果确 定 UE处于 IDLE状态, 则不会将该信息通知给 eNodeB; 如果确定 UE 发起 Service Request过程, 将自身的状态由 IDLE状态迁移到 Active状 态, 则将该信息按照本实施例所述方式通过 Initial Context Setup Request 消息通知给 eNodeB; 如果确定 UE处于 Active状态, 则按照后续图 3 所示方式进行处理。
步骤 202: eNodeB向 MME反馈初始上下文建立响应( Initial Context Setup Response ) 消息。
eNodeB保存所接收到的 UE的 RAT/ Frequency Selection优先级信 息, 并向 MME反馈 Initial Context Setup Response消息。
需要说明的是, 上述 Initial Context Setup Request 消息和 Initial Context Setup Response消息均为现有技术中已经存在的消息, 本发明实 施例与现有技术相比,区别仅在于在 Initial Context Setup Request消息中

Initial Context Setup Response消息结构 图 3为本发明用户信息通知方法另一实施例的流程图。如图 3所示, 包括以下步骤:
步骤 301 : MME向 eNodeB发送 UE Context Modification Request 消息。
当运营商对 HSS中的 UE的签约信息进行修改后, HSS会触发 Insert
Subscriber Data过程通 口 MME修改后的 UE的 RAT/ Frequency Selection 优先级信息。 那么按照本发明实施例所述方法, 当确定 UE处于 Active 状态时, MME会通过用户终端上下文修改( UE Context Modification ) 过程将该信息通知给 eNodeB , 即向 eNodeB 发送 UE Context Modification Request 消息, 并在其中携带 RAT/ Frequency Selection Priority参数。
步骤 302: eNodeB 向 MME反馈用户终端上下文修改响应 ( UE Context Modification Response ) 消息。
eNodeB保存所接收到的 UE的 RAT/ Frequency Selection优先级信 息, 并向 MME反馈 UE Context Modification Response消息。
同样, 上述 UE Context Modification Request 消息和 UE Context Modification Response消息均为现有技术中已经存在的消息, 本发明实 施例与现有技术相比, 区别仅在于在 UE Context Modification Request消 息中多携带了一个 RAT/ Frequency Selection Priority参数。
如下表所示:表 3为现有协议中 UE Context Modification Request消 结构。 从表 3可以看出, 现有 UE Context Modification Request消息的结 构中并没有定义与 UE的 RAT/ Frequency Selection优先级信息相关的内 容。 本发明实施例中, 可以对表 3所示 Initial Context Setup Request消息 的结构进行扩展, 在 IE/Group Name 一栏下, 即表 3 所示 Security Information参数的后面增力口一个 RAT/ Frequency Selection Priority参数, 用于携带 UE的 RAT/ Frequency Selection优先级信息。

UE Context Modification Response消息结构 通过采用上述实施例所述方法, 本发明中的 eNodeB无论在何种情 况下, 均可获取到 UE的 RAT/ Frequency Selection优先级信息。
基于上述方法, 图 4为本发明用户信息通知系统实施例的组成结构 示意图。 如图 4所示, 该系统包括: MME401和 eNodeB402;
MME401 , 用于将获取到的 UE的 RAT/ Frequency Selection优先级 信息通知给 eNodeB402;
eNodeB402 , 用于接收来自 MME401 的 UE 的 RAT/ Frequency Selection优先级信息。
其中, MME401包括: 获取单元 4011以及通知单元 4012, 其中: 获取单元 4011 ,用于获取 UE的 RAT/ Frequency Selection优先级信 息;通知单元 4012,用于将获取到的 UE的 RAT/ Frequency Selection优 先级信息通知给 eNodeB402: 当 UE执行初始 attach过程、 TAU过程, 或从 IDLE状态迁移到 Active状态时,通知单元 4012通过 Initial Context Setup Request消息将获取到的 RAT/ Frequency Selection优先级信息通 知给 eNodeB402; 当 UE处于 Active状态时, 通知单元 4012通过 UE Context Modification Request消息、夺获取 ] ^ RAT/ Frequency Selection 优先级信息通知给 eNodeB402。
图 5为本发明用户信息通知装置实施例的组成结构示意图。 如图 5 所示, 该装置包括: 获取单元 4011和通知单元 4012; 其中:
获取单元 4011 ,用于获取 UE的 RAT/ Frequency Selection优先级信 息;
通知单元 4012,用于将获取到的 UE的 RAT/ Frequency Selection优 先级信息通知给 eNodeB402„
其中, 通知单元 4012具体包括: 第一通知子单元 40121 以及第二 通知子单元 40122;
第一通知子单元 40121 , 用于当 UE执行初始 attach过程、 TAU过 程, 或从 IDLE状态迁移到 Active状态时, 通过 Initial Context Setup Request 消息将获取到的 RAT/ Frequency Selection优先级信息通知给 eNodeB402;
第二通知子单元 40122, 用于当 UE处于 Active状态时, 通过 UE Context Modification Request消息^1夺获取到的 RAT/ Frequency Selection 优先级信息通知给 eNodeB402。
图 4和图 5所示系统和装置实施例的具体工作流程请参照方法实施 例中的相应说明, 此处不再赘述。
总之, 采用本发明的技术方案, eNodeB可通过接收来自 MME的通 知消息, 获取 UE的 RAT/Frequency Selection优先级信息, 并可进一步 根据该信息进行无线资源管理, 提高系统性能。
综上所述, 以上仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已, 并非用于限定本发 明的保护范围。 凡在本发明的精神和原则之内, 所作的任何修改、 等同 替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种用户信息通知方法, 其特征在于, 该方法包括:
移动管理实体 MME将获取到的用户终端 UE的无线接入技术 RAT/ 频率选择 Frequency Selection优先级信息通知给演进型基站 eNodeB。
2、根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述 MME获取到的 RAT/Frequency Selection优先级信息为接收自归属用户服务器 HSS 的 RAT/Frequency Selection优先级信息。
3、根据权利要求 1或 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述 MME将获 取到的 UE的 RAT/ Frequency Selection优先级信息通知给 eNodeB包括: 当所述 UE执行初始附着 attach过程、 跟踪区域更新 TAU过程, 或 从空闲 IDLE状态迁移到活跃 Active状态时, 所述 MME通过初始上下 文建立请求 Initial Context Setup Request 消息将所述获取到的 RAT/ Frequency Selection优先级信息通知给所述 eNodeB;
当所述 UE处于 Active状态时, 所述 MME通过用户终端上下文爹 改请求 UE Context Modification Request 消息将所述获取到的 RAT/ Frequency Selection优先级信息通知给所述 eNodeB。
4、根据权利要求 3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述 MME通过 Initial Context Setup Request消息将所述获取到的 RAT/ Frequency Selection优 先级信息通知给所述 eNodeB包括:

其中携带有 RAT/频率选择优先级 Frequency Selection Priority参数; 所述 MME通过 UE Context Modification Request消息将所述获取到 的 RAT/ Frequency Selection优先级信息通知给所述 eNodeB包括:
所述 MME向所述 eNodeB发送 UE Context Modification Request消 息, 其中携带有 RAT/ Frequency Selection Priority参数。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 该方法进一步包括: 所述 eNodeB保存接收到的 UE的 RAT/ Frequency Selection优先级信息。
6、 一种用户信息通知系统, 其特征在于, 该系统包括: 移动管理 实体 MME和演进型基站 eNodeB;
所述 MME, 用于将获取到的用户终端 UE的无线接入技术 RAT/频 率选择 Frequency Selection优先级信息通知给所述 eNodeB;
所述 eNodeB, 用于接收来自所述 MME的 UE的 RAT/ Frequency Selection优先级信息。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述 MME包括: 获 取单元以及通知单元;
所述获取单元,用于获取 UE的 RAT/ Frequency Selection优先级信 所述通知单元,用于将所述获取到的 UE的 RAT/ Frequency Selection 优先级信息通知给所述 eNodeB, 其中, 当所述 UE执行初始附着 attach 过程、 跟踪区域更新 TAU过程, 或从空闲 IDLE状态迁移到活跃 Active 状态时,通过初始上下文建立请求 Initial Context Setup Request消息将所 述获取到的 RAT/ Frequency Selection优先级信息通知给所述 eNodeB; 当所述 UE处于 Active状态时,通过用户终端上下文修改请求 UE Context Modification Request消息将所述获取到的 RAT/ Frequency Selection优 先级信息通知给所述 eNodeB。
8、 一种用户信息通知装置, 其特征在于, 该装置包括: 获取单元 和通知单元;
所述获取单元,用于获取用户终端 UE的无线接入技术 RAT/频率选 Frequency Selection优先级信息; 所述通知单元,用于将所述获取到的 UE的 RAT/ Frequency Selection 优先级信息通知给演进型基站 eNodeB。
9、 根据权利要求 8 所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述通知单元具体 包括: 第一通知子单元以及第二通知子单元;
所述第一通知子单元, 用于当所述 UE执行初始附着 attach过程、 跟踪区域更新 TAU过程,或从空闲 IDLE状态迁移到活跃 Active状态时, 通过初始上下文建立请求 Initial Context Setup Request消息将所述获取 到的 RAT/ Frequency Selection优先级信息通知给所述 eNodeB;
所述第二通知子单元, 用于当所述 UE处于 Active状态时, 通过用 户终端上下文修改请求 UE Context Modification Request消息将所述获取 到的 RAT/ Frequency Selection优先级信息通知给所述 eNodeB。
