検出する。
図2を用いて、実施形態1である燃料噴射量補正制御のフローについて説明する。
S111において、ECU20は、本制御において必要な各物理量を取得する。すなわち、ECU20は、エンジン回転数センサー21によってエンジン回転数Ne、ターボセンサー22によってターボ回転数Nc、アクセル開度センサー24によってアクセル開度Acを取得する。
また、ECU20は、エンジン回転数Ne及びアクセル開度Acに基づいて、燃料噴射量マップf3q(Ne、Ac)より燃料噴射量Qを算出する。
一方、ECU20は、ターボ回転数Ncと適正ターボ回転数Ncmapとの差が0より大きければ、ターボ回転数Ncが適正ターボ回転数Ncmapと閾値ΔNcとの差より小さくなるまで燃料噴射量Qを減量する。ECU20は、上述の処理を終えればS111
へ戻る。
量ばらつきを低減できる。また、適正ターボ回転数Ncmapを書き換えるため、燃料噴
射装置の経年変化に対応する燃料噴射量補正ができる。
図3を用いて、実施形態2である燃料噴射量補正制御のフローについて説明する。
S121において、ECU20は、本制御において必要な各物理量を取得する。すなわち、ECU20は、エンジン回転数Ne、ターボ回転数Nc、及びアクセル開度Acを取得する。
また、ECU20は、エンジン回転数Ne及びアクセル開度Acに基づいて、燃料噴射
量マップf3q(Ne、Ac、Q)より燃料噴射量Qを算出する。
さらに、ECU20は、エンジン回転数Ne及び燃料噴射量Qに基づいて、適正ターボ
回転数マップf3c(Ne、Ncmap、Q)より適正ターボ回転数Ncmapを算出す
る。
図4を用いて、実施形態3である燃料噴射量異常検知制御のフローについて説明する。実施形態3において、S131~S133までは、上述する実施形態2におけるS121~S123と同様のため、説明を省略する。
図5を用いて、実施形態4である燃料噴射量補正制御のフローについて説明する。
ECU20は、ターボ回転数Nc、ブースト圧Pb、及び燃料噴射量Qに基づいて、適正エンジン回転数マップf4e(Nemap、Nc、Pb、Q)により適正エンジン回転数Nemapを算出する機能を有する。適正エンジン回転数マップf4e(Nemap、Nc、Pb、Q)とは、適正エンジン回転数Nemapとブースト圧Pbとターボ回転数Ncと燃料噴射量Qとの相関を表す4次元マップであって、ECU20の記憶装置に予め記憶されている。
また、ECU20は、エンジン回転数Ne及びアクセル開度Acに基づいて、燃料噴射量マップf3q(Ne、Ac、Q)より燃料噴射量Qを算出する。
さらに、ECU20は、適正ブースト圧Pbmapの許容される閾値±ΔPbを算出する。閾値±ΔPbは、適正ブースト圧Pbmap毎に定められ、エンジン回転数Ne、ターボ回転数Nc、及び燃料噴射量Qによっても異なる値とされている。
ECU20は、上述の処理を終えればS141へ戻る。
図6を用いて、実施形態5の燃料噴射量補正制御について説明する。
ECU20は、所定時間におけるエンジン回転数Neの増減率であるエンジン回転数増減率TNeを算出する機能を有する。また、ECU20は、所定時間におけるターボ回転数Ncの増減率であるターボ回転数増減率TNcを算出する機能を有する。さらに、ECU20は、所定時間におけるブースト圧Pbの増減率であるブースト圧増減率TPbを算出する機能を有する。
また、ECU20は、エンジン回転数増減率TNe及びアクセル開度Acに基づいて、燃料噴射量増減率マップf3Tq(TNe、Ac、TQ)より燃料噴射量増減率TQを算出する。
減率TNc、ブースト圧増減率TPb、及びエンジン回転数増減率TNeに基づいて、エンジン1の加減速運転状態における燃料噴射量ばらつきを補正できる。また、ターボ回転数増減率TNc、ブースト増減率TPb、及びエンジン回転数増減率TNeを書き換えるため、燃料噴射装置の経年変化に対応する燃料噴射量補正ができる。
Claims (17)
- 過給機を備えるエンジン本体と、
エンジン回転数を検出するエンジン回転数検出手段と、
過給機回転数を検出する過給機回転数検出手段と、
過給圧を検出する過給圧検出手段と、
燃料噴射量を補正する制御手段と、
を具備し、
前記制御手段は、
前記エンジン回転数、前記過給圧、前記過給機回転数、及び前記燃料噴射量を認識し、前記燃料噴射量を補正するエンジン。 - 前記制御手段は、
前記エンジン回転数、前記過給圧、及び前記燃料噴射量に基づいて適正過給機回転数及び適正過給機回転数範囲を算出し、
前記過給機回転数が前記適正過給機回転数範囲にないときは、前記過給機回転数が前記適正過給機回転数範囲に収まるように前記燃料噴射量を補正する請求項1に記載のエンジン。 - 前記制御手段は、
前記過給機回転数が前記適正過給機回転数範囲にあるときは、前記過給機回転数検出時の燃料噴射量を前記適正過給機回転数に対応する燃料噴射量として書き換える請求項2記載のエンジン。 - 前記制御手段は、
前記エンジン回転数、前記過給機回転数、及び前記燃料噴射量に基づいて適正過給圧及び適正過給圧範囲を算出し、
前記過給圧が前記適正過給圧範囲にないときは、前記過給圧が前記適正過給圧範囲に収まるように燃料噴射量を補正する請求項1に記載のエンジン。 - 前記制御手段は、
前記過給圧が前記適正過給圧範囲にあるときは、前記過給圧を前記適正過給圧に書き換える請求項4記載のエンジン。 - 前記制御手段は、
前記エンジン回転数、前記過給機回転数、及び前記燃料噴射量に基づいて適正エンジン回転数及び適正エンジン回転数範囲を算出し、
前記エンジン回転数が前記適正エンジン回転数範囲にないときは、前記エンジン回転数が前記適正エンジン回転数範囲に収まるように前記燃料噴射量を補正する請求項1に記載のエンジン。 - 前記制御手段は、
前記エンジン回転数が前記適正エンジン回転数範囲にあるときは、前記エンジン回転数を前記適正エンジン回転数に書き換える請求項6記載のエンジン。 - 前記制御手段は、
前記燃料噴射量に基づいて適正燃料噴射量補正範囲を算出し、
補正した燃料噴射量が前記適正燃料噴射量補正範囲にないときは、前記補正した前記燃料噴射量を前記適正燃料噴射量補正範囲の最大値又は最小値とする請求項2乃至7記載のいずれか1項に記載のエンジン。 - 前記制御手段は、
エンジン回転数毎に定められる過給機回転数の上限値を上限過給機回転数とし、過給機回転数が前記上限過給機回転数を超えた場合は燃料噴射量の増加を停止する請求項8記載のエンジン。 - 前記制御手段は、
過給機回転数が上限過給機回転数を所定回数超えたときは、燃料噴射異常であると判定する請求項9記載のエンジン。 - 前記制御手段は、
前記エンジン回転数に基づいてエンジン回転数増減率を算出し、
前記過給圧に基づいて過給圧増減率を算出し、
前記過給機回転数に基づいて過給機回転数増減率を算出し、
燃料噴射量の増減率を算出し、
前記エンジン回転数増減率、前記過給圧増減率、前記適正過給機回転数増減率、及び前記燃料噴射量増減率を認識し、燃料噴射量を補正する請求項1に記載のエンジン。 - 前記制御手段は、
前記エンジン回転数増減率、前記過給圧増減率、及び前記燃料噴射量増減率に基づいて適正過給機回転数増減率及び適正過給機回転数増減率範囲を算出し、
前記過給機回転数増減率が前記適正過給機回転数増減率範囲にないときは、前記過給機回転数増減率が前記適正過給機回転数増減率範囲に収まるように、前記燃料噴射量を補正する請求項11に記載のエンジン。 - 前記制御手段は、
前記過給機回転数増減率が前記適正過給機回転数増減率範囲にあるときは、前記過給機回転数増減率を前記適正過給機回転数増減率に書き換える請求項12記載のエンジン。 - 前記制御手段は、
前記エンジン回転数増減率、前記過給圧増減率、及び前記燃料噴射量増減率に基づいて適正過給圧増減率及び適正過給圧増減率範囲を算出し、
前記過給圧増減率が前記適正過給圧増減率範囲にないときは、前記過給圧増減率が前記適正過給圧増減率範囲に収まるように、前記燃料噴射量を補正する請求項11に記載のエンジン。 - 前記制御手段は、
前記過給圧増減率が前記適正過給圧増減率範囲にあるときは、前記過給圧増減率を前記適正過給圧増減率に書き換える請求項14記載のエンジン。 - 前記制御手段は、
前記エンジン回転数増減率、前記過給圧増減率、及び前記燃料噴射量増減率とに基づいて適正エンジン回転数増減率及び適正エンジン回転数増減率範囲を算出し、
前記エンジン回転数増減率が前記エンジン回転数増減率範囲にないときは、前記エンジン回転数増減率が前記エンジン回転数増減率範囲に収まるように、前記燃料噴射量を補正する請求項11に記載のエンジン。 - 前記制御手段は、
前記エンジン回転数増減率が前記適正エンジン回転数増減率範囲にあるときは、前記エンジン回転数増減率を前記適正エンジン回転数増減率に書き換える請求項16記載のエンジン。
