Abstract

On vise à proposer un procédé de criblage pour un composé qui affecte le traitement de c-Ret par la γ-sécrétase. Ce procédé comprend les étapes consistant à : (i) amener une première composition biologique contenant de la γ-sécrétase ou un fragment biologiquement actif de celle-ci en présence ou en l'absence d'un composé candidat en contact avec une seconde composition biologique contenant c-Ret ; (ii) mesurer le clivage du c-Ret respectivement en présence et en l'absence du composé candidat ; (iii) sélectionner un composé candidat qui affecte le clivage du c-Ret par la γ-sécrétase ; et (iv) identifier le composé candidat obtenu dans le (iii) comme composé qui affecte le traitement de c-Ret par la γ-sécrétase.
