Abstract
A preform injection molding device comprises an upper mold clamping board (20), a movable platen (40) on which a core die (106) is arranged, a lower base (10) on which a cavity die (102) is arranged and a lower mold clamping board (30) arranged sequentially from above. The upper mold clamping board and the lower mold clamping board are coupled with each other by a plurality of clamp shafts (50) and elevate/lower integrally. An open/close drive means (60) makes the movable platen ascend/descend between mold opening position and mold closing position with reference to the lower base. A mold clamping means (70) makes the plurality of clamp shafts and the upper mold clamping board ascend/descend integrally with the lower mold clamping board by making the lower mold clamping board ascend/descend with reference to the lower base, and sets the descend position of the upper mold clamping board as the mold clamping position. When the upper mold clamping board is set at the mold clamping position after the lower mold clamping board is set at the mold closing position, pressure receiving members (80, 90) transmit the mold clamping force from the upper mold clamping board to the movable platen and receive that mold clamping force.
