Abstract

 本発明は、特定の遺伝子調節領域を単独、または該遺伝子調節領域およびシグナルペプチドをコードする遺伝子を含むDNA断片、該DNA断片を含む組換えベクター、該組換えベクターを含む形質転換体、並びに該形質転換体を用いて組換えタンパク質を製造する方法に関する。本発明によれば、組換えタンパク質の種類に関係なく、タンパク質を大量かつ効率よく生産することができる。
