Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Überdruckventil (1), das insbesondere in hydraulischen Spannsystemen von Zugmitteltrieben eingesetzt ist. Das Überdruckventil (1) umfasst ein weitestgehend topfartig gestaltetes Gehäuse (2), bei dem ein Boden (9) eine einen Ventilsitz (8) bildende zentrische Öffnung (10) einschließt. Zur Bildung eines Plattenventils ist ein scheibenartig gestalteter Schließkörper (7) vorgesehen, der über ein Federmittel (5) kraftbeaufschlagt an dem Ventilsitz (8) im geschlossenen Zustand anliegt. Zur Bildung einer Hubbegrenzung "S" für den Schließkörper (7) ist in das Gehäuse (2) eine das Federmittel (5) umschließende Führungshülse (4) vorgesehen, an der sich stirnseitig bei Erreichen eines maximalen Hubs der Schließkörper (7) abstützt.
