Abstract

　相対峙する回路電極間に介在され、相対向する回路電極を加圧し加圧方向の電極間を電気的に接続する回路接続材料であって、導電粒子２１を分散した異方導電接着剤層Ａと絶縁性接着剤層Ｂとが積層された構成を有し、絶縁性接着剤層Ｂのガラス基板に対する密着力が、異方導電接着剤層Ａのガラス基板に対する密着力よりも大きい回路接続材料。
