Abstract

薬効成分としてセチリジンまたはその塩を含有し、速やかな崩壊性と充分な硬度を併せ持つ医薬組成物を提供する。 （ｉ）セチリジンまたはその塩、（ｉｉ）シクロデキストリン類、（ｉｉｉ）トウモロコシデンプン、および（ｉｖ）セルロース類を含有する医薬組成物は、口腔内における速やかな崩壊性と、通常の製造工程、流通および使用に耐え得る充分な硬度を併せ持ち、さらにセチリジンまたはその塩に由来する苦味をマスクすることを見出した。
