Abstract

The invention relates to a nozzle element, filter element and/or positioning element with at least one opening (3) serving as a nozzle opening, filter opening or positioning opening, and to a method for producing such an element. According to the invention, the inner wall of the opening (3) is formed by a coating (2) on a basic body (1) and the size of the opening cross section is determined by the thickness (d) of said coating.
