Abstract

La présente invention concerne des oligonucléotides destinés à permettre l'amplification et la détection d'une séquence cible localisée dans le gène El du virus du Chikungunya. Ces oligonucléotides ont une longueur comprise entre 10 et 50 nucléotides et comprennent au moins un fragment de 10 nucléotides consécutifs issus des séquences suivantes : SEQ ID No. 1 : 5 ' -CTCTTACCGGGTTTGTTGC-3 '; SEQ ID No. 2 : 5 ' -GCCTGGACACCTTTCGAC-3 ' ou leur séquence complémentaire. L'invention concerne également l'oligonucléotide permettant la détection des amplicons, l'utilisation de ces oligonucléotides, une méthode de détection et un kit permettant de diagnostiquer la présence du gène El du virus du Chikungunya. L'invention trouve une application préférentielle dans le domaine du diagnostic.
