Abstract
A layered product which comprises a base and, formed thereon, a coating film comprising fine bipyramidal anatase titanium oxide particles, the crystal direction of the coating film being oriented in the (101) plane direction for the thickness direction. The layered product may be one in which the surfaces of the fine bipyramidal anatase titanium oxide particles are the (101) plane of anatase titanium oxide. These layered products are extremely useful as an optical building member, automotive member, or member for air/water purification.
