Abstract

Hand hydraulic pliers have hydraulic cylinder (5,6), which produces working force by pressing arm (4) by hand, and force is transferred through channel, through case (7) to yoke (3) over cylinder and cylinder lifts arc channel, and working force is transferred around joint to upper jaw (3) which carries mounting blade (1), and in such a way jaws of pliers are closed. Lower lever of pliers with case (7) and lower jaw (2) makes one unit which is connected to an upper arm (4) by joint connection. By opening arm (4) and based on the hydraulic principle of connected vessels, jaws of pliers (2) are opened with one move, and cutting operation with blades (1) is performed by closing of jaws (2) in one move of arm (4). Cutting operation can be performed with more than one grip, by pressing arm (4), and opening of jaws and return of oil into cylinder is made possible due to spring (18) after pressing button (9).

Description

HAND HYDRAULIC PLIERS Technical Field
This invention relates to a hand hydraulic pliers or scissors, and is, according to International Patent Classification (IPC) classified as B25B7/00.
For years, the greatest problems that construction workers encountered in the construction engineering, when using classical pliers for cutting steel armature or steel wire have been: strong physical strength needed for cutting steel armature which is produced by the grip of hands of worker; huge weight of pliers, fast tiring of workers when they use classical mechanical pliers, workers are unable to cut steel thickness above Φ 12 mm immediately at the construction place. All of these have caused that workers dislike this operation in the construction engineering. Background Art
Up to date suggested solutions have the following characteristics: massive steel pliers which have too small jaws; they are too heavy, they have unfavorable relation of arms connected by joint around which blades are rotating after being moved with force applied by the hand's grip. Disclosure of the Invention
The primary goal of the invention is to fully make easy the work of construction workers when they need to cut steel armatures for ferro-concrete of different cross sections starting with Φ 4 mm and up to Φ 22 mm.
Secondary goal is to enable higher work productivity and in the same time provide job satisfaction by using these pliers.
Other goals are significant extension of life cycle of the pliers, and reduction of tiring of construction workers along with their quicker performance. Additional goal of this new technical solution is making hydraulic force for cutting.
Hand hydraulic pliers in this innovation comprise of driving and forced hydraulic cylinder placed at joint case, which at one side extends as a body of lower jaws of pliers, and at the opposite side extends as a lower arm of pliers, so together they form one firm unit or lower half of pliers. Lower half of pliers is connected by joint to a upper yoke, which, by hydraulic force, lifts piston from forced hydraulic cylinder, which gets working force from driving hydraulicr cylinder, and this force is provided by upper arm in a way that the cylinders are connected by hydraulic channels or installation placed in the lower arm of pliers. Hydraulic cylinders are connected by channel in which flows hydraulic oil on the principle of connected vessels. Oil is pressed by hand power multiplied by upper yoke or upper arm of pliers.
Cutting is performed with one or more grips, which in total makes one operation which enables cutting of bigger thickness of steel armature. Short description of drawings
Figure 1. Schematic view of pliers showing relation of main components of the pliers.
Figure 2. view of cross section of a middle part of pliers or working case where are showed hydraulic cylinders and hydro installations in a case, for the purposes of working stroke of upper arm for making one cutting operation, based on the principle of connected vessels.
Figure 3. view of pliers with correlation of main components of pliers with regular moving of upper arm with the purpose of performing one cutting operation.
Figure 4. view of cross section of a middle part of pliers or working case where are showed hydraulic cylinders and hydro installations in a case, for the purposes of multiple working stroke of upper arm for making one cutting operation, showing one way valve and other hydraulic installation, and everything placed in the lower arm.
Detailed description of at least one of the ways of implementing the invention Referring to the Figures 1., 2., 3., and 4, it can be seen that invention comprises of hydraulic cylinders (10) and (12) which are installed in case of pliers
(11), though which goes hydro channel (15) blocked at the end by a plug (13).
Hydraulic cylinder (10) receives pressing force through lever (8). Lever (8) presses working piston (14), which presses oil through channel (15) into working cylinder (12), out of which comes working piston (13). Working piston (13) is at its end connected to a yoke (5) in a channel (6) and a yoke is by joint (4) connected to a lower jaw and in that way closes upper jaw (3) which carries blades (1).
By lifting an upper arm (8) a working piston (14) goes out and pulls oil out of cylinder (12) which causes lowering of a piston (13) and enables lowering of arm of lever (5) which opens upper jaw (3) and put pliers in an open position. Other way of achievement of invention is that by multiple lowering of arm of pliers (28) oil is pumped in to a cylinder (25), which rotates around joints (24) and enables closing of upper jaw, and performs cutting of material by blades (21). After cutting is over opening of jaws (23) and (22) is performed by pressing button (19) thus making transverse force which through stick opens one way valve (38) which passes oil and enables return of oil into reservoir (41) which is covered by top cover (40). Returning of oil into reservoir enables shrinking of cylindrical spring (18) which pulls lever (25) which enables lowering of working piston (33) and pressing oil through channel (17). Channel (17) is blocked by faucet at one end in zone of high working pressure, and et the other end is blocked by one way valve (38). This channel (17) is at the other end plugged with plug (35) through which goes spindle of return button (19), which is always directed in a starting position by spring (36). One way ball valve (39) and (37) enables flow of oil out of cylinder (17) and flow of oil under working cylinder (34) out of reservoir (41). Industrial Applicability By installing these hydraulic cylinders connected in a case with inner hydraulic channels and other elements showed in Figures 2 and 4, and with correlation of all elements of pliers construction showed in Figures 1 and 3, enables practical, simplified, easy, long-lasting and useful work of hand hydraulic pliers when performing hand cutting of all thicknesses of steel armatures at the place of work. This enables economic use and long life of pliers and what includes important new improvements in relation to previously known pliers' solution.
