Abstract

Es wird eine Anordnung zur hochauflösenden Positionsbestimmung an linearen oder kreisförmigen ferromagnetischen Maßstäben (3) mit Zahnstruktur angegeben, die in magnetisch gestörter Umgebung zuverlässige Ergebnisse liefert. Dazu wird ein Magnetfeldsensor (1) am Ort des maximalen Feldes eines Dauermagneten (4) positioniert und dieser gegenüber dem Maßstab (3) so angebracht, dass das weichmagnetische Maßstabsmaterial eine weitere Feldverstärkung bewirkt. Die so erreichte Feldstärke ist ausreichend, um Vielschicht-GMR-Sensoren mit Widerstandsänderungen von mehr als 40 % einsetzen zu können, womit eine hohe Signalamplitude zur höheren Positionsauflösung genutzt werden kann.
