Abstract

In a motion detector a camera is built in, optionally a camera is shouldered individually and is activated by the detector, or a camera itself detects a motion. The camera is equipped with a photographic flash and with a system of sabotage detection (responding to a covering opening, to a removing from an assembly, to a motion or a position change). The motion detector could also be equipped not only with real cameras, but also with camera dummies, that have only the functionalities of a flash and a sabotage sensor. These configuration provides the elimination of further disadvantages.

Description

Device for verification of an offender in an object
Technique area
A technical solution is concerning the move detector of persons, especially for a security system.
Previous technical status
Move detectors without any possibility of a pictorial information transmission are especially used by security systems at this time. Move detectors are used next in connection with a camera or cameras, that are instrumental to an assurance and a transmission of photographs from the place, where the move was recorded. At the moment of a recorded move provide these cameras a photograph sequence and these photographs are transmitted by technical means to places designated in advance or after the move indication it is possible to require them. These cameras are equiped mostly by light sources to operate in the dark also. Current solutions use largely infrared sources of an invisible radiation. The effort of these camera systems producers is to hide a camera function and to assure by this way its use and a transmission of pictorial information. A picture transmission requires the passing of an extensive datas volume and takes usually substantial time. A next detriment is, the quality of photographs is limited by an infrared source lighting. The hidden camera does not record usually a face on top of that, if some person is moving at the place. From the photograph, a passing of that is usually slow, it is not possible to determine uniquely what is really going on in the guarded object.
Technical solution principle
Detriments mentioned above eliminates largely a security system as per this technical solution. In the move detector is a camera built in, optionally a camera is shouldered individually and is activated by the detector, or a camera itself detects a move. The camera is equiped by a photographic flash and by the system of a sabotage detection (responding to a covering opening, to a removing from an assembly, to a move or a position change). Next a move detector could be equiped by not just real cameras, but also by camera dummies, that have functional just a flash and sabotage sensors. These configuration provide the elimination of detriments mentioned above as following:
In the case of a move detection would a camera or cameras provide a few photographs by means of a flash. Thereby the good lighting of a view is assured and the probability of a view providing of a person face moving at the place is icreased markedly . In most cases looks a person automatically at the position a flash came from and a camera would provide face views by its next work. In the case this is the question of an unwanted initiation by a person who is allowed to the object, then this person is informed by means of a flash about a system activation and can neutralize the system by a defined method ans so cofirm his authorized presence. In the case this is the question of a system initiation by an animal or an other undesirable action then a sended pictorial information would display this.
In the case a system is initiated by an offender, a camera with a flash provides a high- quality picture with the high probability of a face record. In the case the offender would decided to dispose the camera, then a sabotage detection would operated. The transmission of information about the sabotage has a priority and it is quicker than a pictorial datas transmission. A receiving side (an owner, a central security board and the like) has an incontrovertible and a quick evidence about the violation of a guarded object by an offender.
Example of a technical solution realization
A security system is composed by a move detector, that controls an electronic camera with a flash, optionally the camera itself realizes an incidental move detection by a picture analysis. The camera is equiped by sabotage sensors and a configuration is equiped by a communicator, that transmisses datas (an alarm signal and pictorial information) to an owner, a central security board provider or other interested side. The flash in the real camera provides a photograph quality and increases a probability to record an offender face. In the system camera dummies are also installed, they have functional just a flash and a sabotage detection. Real cameras and their dummies incite offenders to an attempt to dammage a device and thereby to activate a sabotage sensor. If the offender damages a camera, a dummy or a detector, then the sabotage information would be transmitted immediatelly and out of that it is evident there was the real violation of an object by an offender.
Industrial utility
The configuration of a move detector and a camera (or just a camera with a move analysis) equiped by a flash, by sabotage sensors and by a transmission device as per the technical solution is usefull everywhere, where is due to secure an object from an assault by an offender or offenders. It provides pictorial photographs in a good quality with a required content and due to the priority transmission of sabotage information it is able to verify unambigouesly an offender presence before trasmitting and evaluating of pictorial information.
