Abstract

Disclosed is a rapid, simple and effective method for the detection of a disease, which does not need to additionally collect a normal cell from a subject to be tested and therefore can reduce the burden on both the subject and a person who carries out the analysis. In the method, reference data is produced by effectively excluding data having a copy number polymorphism unrelated to a disease or condition of the subject, and data from the subject is analyzed by comparing the data with the reference data. The method enables to obtain more accurate data which can be effectively used for diagnosis.
