Abstract

The invention relates to an improved condenser for refrigeration systems, formed by a laminar base supporting a coil tube on either side thereof, through which the gas to be condensed flows. The invention also includes fins, each formed by a sheet which is arched at the centre thereof, such as to form a longitudinal channel. The ends of the fins are inclined at 10° to 85° in relation to the laminar base. In addition to dissipating the heat, the fins also clamp the tubes of the coil longitudinally against the laminar base using the aforementioned arches, such that all of the coil tube is covered except the coil turns. The condenser is characterised in that the ends of the fins are bent and said bends are combined to form zig-zag ducts in which the airflow impacts against the bends and produces turbulence, thereby extending the residence time of the airflow therein and consequently increasing heat absorption, such that the air is hot upon leaving the condenser.

ANTECEDENTES DE LA INVENCIÓN.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
We are improving the condenser whose MX MU1589 record, describes a condenser where it is observed that the flow of air that circulates between the laminar base and the fins, is rectilinear causing this fact that the air has little time of permanence with the surfaces of these, by Which is proposed with the present application an improved condenser due to the substantial changes in the structure of the fins so that the air flow absorbs more heat and the condenser cools faster and more efficiently.
DESCRIPCIÓN DE LA INVENCIÓN.DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Breve descripción de las figuras:Brief description of the figures:
Figure 1 is a front view of the improved condenser. Figure 2 is a perspective view of an improved condenser section.
Figure 3 is a cross-sectional view of the improved condenser. Figure 4 is a perspective view of the improved condenser. In its static mode.
With reference to said figures, the improved condenser for refrigerators consists of: a laminar base (2), which supports a coil tube (3), on each side where the gas to condense flows.
This shows the figure (1), additionally some fins (1) are required, which are formed of a strip of sheet to which an arc-shaped double is made in its central part thus forming a longitudinal channel and remaining the ends of the fins (1), inclined between 10 ° and 85 °, with respect to the laminar base (2), apart from dissipating the heat the fins (1), longitudinally trap the coils of the coil (3), against The laminar base (2), by means of the arcs of said fins (1), with which the coil tubes (3) are covered except for their returns.
Figure (2) is a section showing the conformation in detail of the laminar base (2) and fins (1) that cover the coil tube (3), through the central channel.
The group consisting of the coil tube (3) and the fins (1), are mounted on a laminar base and riveted, screwed, clinched, etc; As shown in figure (1) in its reference (5).
The reference (6), is the inlet and outlet of the refrigerant to condense.
It is necessary to clarify that the figures, are a small segment in section of the condenser to observe how it is constituted).
The relevant aspect of this improvement consists in the folds (1a) that the fins (1) carry at the ends, the figure (3) shows it and it is necessary to increase the number of fins, in order to form ducts with deviations in " zigzag "within which, the air flow is impacted in the folds (1a) forming turbulence as indicated by the arrows of the reference (4), this fact causes a longer residence time and contact of the air flow with the elements 1, 2 and 3 and therefore greater heat absorption, so that the air comes out hot when leaving the condenser. This presents an innovation in its structure. The size of the folds, as well as the degrees of inclination, the number of fins and the separation between these are variable according to the modality of the system and type of refrigerant used. (The folds (1a) can be finished in edges or sinuous, in addition the fins can be built in modules or sections).
With laboratory tests carried out, a result exceeding 100% was observed the heat dissipation efficiency, compared with the condenser of the registered MX MX1589 process, while retaining the benefit of offering adequate and permanent maintenance-free condensation.
The materials that integrate the elements such as: laminar base (2), coil tube (3) and fins (1), must be metallic with good thermal conduction, as well as thin walls for maximum heat transfer and dissipation.
There are refrigeration equipment that is classified as light work, in this case the condenser can work statically, using even one side as illustrated in the segment of the figure (4), note in this figure that the fin ends are shorter than others, in order not to interfere with heat radiation. It is also feasible to use the group of fins trapping the coil tube, regardless of the laminar base.
There is a similarity between a condenser and refrigeration evaporator, so that this condenser is applicable as an evaporator.
With this improvement we reduce the size of the condenser, benefiting production costs.
