Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé de gazéification d'une charge porteuse d'hydrocarbure de façon à produire des co-produits utiles tels que des carburants hydrocarbure de haute valeur, du H2 pur et/ou de l'ammoniac. Ce procédé gazéifie de manière avantageuse le carbone dans la charge en monoxyde de carbone (CO) sans produire de grandes quantités de dioxyde de carbone (CO2). De l'hydrogène supplémentaire (H2) est également produit par la réaction de vapeur (H2O) avec un métal. Ce procédé peut produire de manière avantageuse deux flux de gaz de synthèse distincts, l'un étant riche en CO et l'autre étant riche en H2)
