Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Wärmedämmschicht für metallische Bauteile, insbesondere für hochtemperaturbelastete oder heißgasbelastete Bauteile einer Gasturbine, mit einer inneren Kontaktschicht (12) und einer äußeren Deckschicht (16), wobei die innere Kontaktschicht (12) unter Zwischenanordnung einer Haftvermittlungsschicht (18) auf eine Oberfläche des Bauteils (20) aufgebracht ist, wobei zwischen der äußeren Deckschicht (16) und inneren Kontaktschicht (12) eine Zwischenschicht (14) ausgebildet ist, wobei die Zwischenschicht (14) aus einem Material gebildet ist, welches aus mindestens einer Komponente mit mindestens einer Phase besteht, die stöchiometrisch 1 bis 80 Mol-% Mx2O3, 0,5 bis 80 Mol-% MyO und als Rest Al2O3 mit zufälligen Verunreinigungen aufweist, wobei Mx aus den Elementen Lanthan, Chrom und Barium, Neodym oder Mischungen hiervon ausgewählt ist, und wobei My aus den Erdalkalimetallen, den Übergangsmetallen und den seltenen Erden oder Mischungen hiervon, vorzugsweise aus Magnesium, Zink, Kobalt, Mangan, Eisen, Nickel, Chrom, Europium, Samarium oder Mischungen hiervon, ausgewählt ist und die innere Kontaktschicht (12) und die äußere Deckschicht (16) aus einem mit Yttrium, Yttriumoxid, Calcium oder Magnesium teilstabilisierten Zirkoniumoxid bestehen.
