Abstract
L'invention concerne un module destiné à recevoir deux substrats (14, 20) pour un dispositif d'épuration des gaz d'échappement, lequel module présente un premier boîtier (10) et un second boîtier (16) placé en aval du premier boîtier (10), lesdits boîtiers étant reliés l'un à l'autre et au moins un des boîtiers étant un boîtier enroulé. L'invention se caractérise en ce qu'au moins une des extrémités des deux boîtiers (10, 16) se faisant face est calibrée et les deux extrémités des deux boîtiers (10, 16) se faisant face sont directement reliées l'une à l'autre. Cette invention concerne également un procédé de fabrication d'un module correspondant.
