Abstract

A method and apparatus for metering a predetermined quantity of liquid decoαtsminant into a vaporization system. A single vacuum source ClOO) is used to fill an injector (60) with the predetermined quantity of liquid decontaminant from a dccontnmiπant source (40) and to also establish a vacuum in a chamber (80). The chamber (80) is injected with the liquid decontaminant rilling the injector (60). The liquid dccontamiπaat is vaporized in the chamber (80) to produce a vaporized decontaminant
