Abstract

Procédé permettant la gélification des liquides très acides et saturés en sel (chlorure de sodium) par un procédé améliorant les S.A.P polymers absorbants, Le procédé est composé : D'un faible pourcentage de carbonate de sodium Na2CO3 (1) de 0.025% à 15%, permettant de tamponner le PH bas ; quantitativement suivant l'acidité du liquide à gélifier. D'un « S.A.P. »; type ' polyacrylate de sodium ou de potassium' (2) ou autres D'une poudre 'fine de granulats de pierre ponce'(3) constituée de 75% de ' Silice ' Si02' ; ionisant naturel permettant l'échange ionique avec la poudre S.A.P, améliorant très fortement l'effet et la vitesse de gélification.

Description

Procédé améliorant la gélification des poly mers absorbants dans des environnements acides et salés
La présente invention concerne un procédé permettant la gélification, de poudre polymers, dite 'S.A.P." super absorbant Powder (2) " polyacrylate de sodium ou de potassium" dans des environnements très acides inférieurs à des PH 4, et même saturés en sels (chlorure de sodium (sel) supérieurs à 0,9%.
Le procédé suivant invention est constitué d'un mélange composé de trois composants distinctes ; à savoir : - D'un très faible pourcentage de carbonate de sodium Na2C(B (1) entre 0,025% à 15% , permettant de tamponner ; suivant des doses évolutives, les poudres absorbantes S.A.P .
- De S.A.P. ; type " polyacrylate de sodium ou de potassium" (2) ou autres.
- De poudre "fine de granulats de pierre ponce" (3) constituée de 75% de silice "SiO2 "ayant un pouvoir naturel ; ionisant créant un échange de IONS avec le SAP, ceci améliorant très fortement l'effet et la vitesse de gélification.
Ce procédé est particulièrement intéressant pour des applications actuellement impossibles comme la gélification de liquides comme des urines très acides ayant des PH très bas, inférieurs à PH 4 ; ou et avec des taux de sel (chlorure de sodium) très élevés supérieurs à 0,90% .
Ce procédé est également applicable pour la composition de tapis absorbants utilisés pour l'urine ; les produits chimiques, les acides, au cours de travaux dans les laboratoires, ou pour des applications industrielles nécessitant l'absorption de liquides acides , et, ou salés (Cl Na).

Claims

REVENDICATIONS
Procédé améliorant et permettant la gélifîcation des polymers absorbant dits "super absorbant powder" soit 'S.A.P.', en environnements liquides très acides et salés, caractérisé en ce qu'il utilise le mélange des trois éléments suivants :
- D'un faible pourcentage de carbonate de sodium Na2CO3 (1) de 0.025% à
15%, permettant de tamponner , le taux de PH bas ; quantitativement suivant son acidité.
- De poudre super absorbante dites S.A.P. ; de type " polyacrylate de sodium , de potassium" (2) ou autres
- De poudre "fine de granulats de pierre ponce" (3) constituée de 75% de " Silice " SiO2" ; ionisant naturel, permettant l'échange ionique avec la poudre S.A.P, améliorant très fortement l'effet et la vitesse de gélifîcation.
