本发明涉及一种乐器用位准。
背景技术
现有的多种乐器, 如吉他、 提琴、 民乐琴、 曼陀铃、 尤格利利和班卓等, 都 装有位准这种结构件, 用于调节音准。位准一般由旋钮、 弦轴、 蜗轮、 蜗杆及底 板等部件构成, 其中旋钮固定在蜗杆的一端, 弦轴的一端与蜗轮连接固定, 蜗轮 与蜗杆配合安装在底板上。使用时, 弦轴的另一端固定弦丝, 旋转旋钮, 带动蜗 杆、蜗轮转动, 从而起到调节弦丝的松紧作用。然而纵观现有的乐器用位准, 由 于结构上的设计局限,如旋钮与蜗杆之间采用螺丝固定及旋钮与蜗杆之间需额外 增加轴套等零部件, 使得多数位准都存在安装复杂、 生产成本高等弊端。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种安装简易、 生产成本低的改进型乐器用位准。 为达上述目的, 本发明提供的一种改进型乐器用位准, 包括旋钮、 弦轴、蜗 轮、蜗杆及底板, 其中旋钮固定在蜗杆的一端, 弦轴的一端与蜗轮连接固定, 蜗 轮与蜗杆配合安装在底板上,所述的蜗杆为单杆结构,其一端与旋钮的固定为一 体式连接,另一端通过铆接方式与底板活动连接;所述的弦轴的一端通过铆接方 式与蜗轮连接并固定在底板上。
作为本发明的进一步改进, 所述的蜗杆端部与底板的连接处设有扣片和垫 圈。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述的弦轴端部与蜗轮的连接处设有扣片,蜗轮、 弦轴与底板的连接处设有垫圈。
与现有的乐器用位准相比, 本发明具有以下特点:
( 1 ) 由于蜗杆为单杆结构, 其一端与旋钮的固定为一体式连接, 这种结构 省却了现有位准的旋钮与蜗杆之间的固定螺丝及额外增加的轴套等零部件,节约 了生产成本及提高了生产效率,另一端通过铆接方式与底板活动连接,此方式大 大简化了产品的安装工序; (2) 弦轴的一端通过铆接方式与蜗轮连接并固定在底板上, 此方式亦大大 简化了产品的安装工序;
(3) 由于蜗杆端部与底板的连接处设有扣片和垫圈, 弦轴端部与蜗轮的连 接处设有扣片以及蜗轮、弦轴与底板的连接处设有垫圈,可使蜗杆蜗轮与底板的 连接更为紧密, 防止松动;
(4) 改善后的蜗杆蜗轮连接方式使产品结构紧凑、 传动平稳而且自锁性良 好、 无返松现象, 令吉他保持良好的音准。
下面结合附图及具体实施方式对本发明作进一步的说明。

具体实施方式
如图 1所示, 本发明实施例为吉他三位位准, 包括旋钮 8、 弦轴 4、蜗轮 2、 蜗杆 5及底板 1,其中旋钮 8固定在蜗杆 5的一端,弦轴 4的一端与蜗轮 2连接 固定, 蜗轮 2与蜗杆 5配合安装在底板 1上。 本发明实施例的蜗杆 5为单杆结 构,其一端与旋钮 8的固定为一体式连接,另一端通过铆接方式与底板 1活动连 接; 弦轴 4的一端通过铆接方式与蜗轮 2连接并固定在底板 1上。
本发明实施例的的蜗杆 5端部与底板 1的连接处设有扣片 6和垫圈 7,如图 2所示; 弦轴 4端部与蜗轮 2的连接处设有扣片 3, 蜗轮 2、 弦轴 4与底板 1的 连接处设有垫圈 9, 如图 3所示。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、一种改进型乐器用位准, 包括旋钮(8)、弦轴 (4)、蜗轮 (2)、蜗杆 (5) 及底板(1 ), 其中旋钮(8) 固定在蜗杆(5) 的一端, 弦轴 (4) 的一端与蜗轮
(2)连接固定, 蜗轮(2)与蜗杆(5)配合安装在底板 (1 )上, 其特征在于 所述的蜗杆(5)为单杆结构, 其一端与旋钮(8)的固定为一体式连接, 另一端 通过铆接方式与底板(1 )活动连接; 所述的弦轴(4)的一端通过铆接方式与蜗 轮(2)连接并固定在底板 (1 )上。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的改进型乐器用位准, 其特征在于所述的蜗杆(5) 端部与底板(1 ) 的连接处设有扣片 (6)和垫圈 (7)。
3、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的改进型乐器用位准, 其特征在于所述的弦轴 (4)端部与蜗轮(2)的连接处设有扣片(3), 蜗轮(2)、弦轴(4)与底板(1 ) 的连接处设有塾圈 (9)。
