Abstract

Cette invention concerne une procédure de repérage d'une surface corticale associée à une procédure diagnostique ou chirurgicale. Dans un mode de réalisation, la procédure comprend les étapes consistant à obtenir avant l'opération un premier nuage de points texturé de la surface corticale d'une région cible d'un cerveau d'un sujet vivant, à obtenir optiquement, pendant l'opération, un second nuage de points texturé de la surface corticale du cerveau du sujet vivant et à aligner le premier nuage de points texturé de la surface corticale sur le second nuage de points texturé de la surface corticale de manière que des images du cerveau du sujet vivant soient repérées par rapport à la surface corticale du sujet vivant.
