Abstract
The invention relates to a fixed-caliper disc brake (1) for vehicles whose wheels (2) are fixed to a wheel hub by means of wheel nuts (4). The area around the wheel hub receives an axially displaceable brake disc (5) which can be tensioned between brake shoes (6). The inventive brake is further characterized in that the brake disc, on at least one extension of the nut facing inwards, especially a nut extension (7) of the wheel nut itself, is mounted in such a manner as to be axially adjustable relative the wheel hub. The inventive brake provides a simple, inexpensive and reliable means for compensating for lining and brake disc wear.

Bei Festsattelscheibenbremsen für Nutzfahrzeuge ist eine solche Lagerung nicht ohne weiteres möglich, weil die Verzahnungen unmittelbar über den Radlagern angeordnet sind. Dies hat zur Folge, dass insbesondere die Schmiermittel und die bremsseitigen Radlagerdichtungen thermisch zu hoch belastet werden. Derartige direkte Verzahnungen der Bremsscheibe mit
dem Nabenkörper erfordern deshalb zusätzlich aufwendige Lüftungskanäle, so wie sie z. Dies hat den Vorteil, dass für das Bremsscheibenmateri- al und das Führungsringmaterial jeweils diejenigen Materialqualitäten verwendet werden können, welche für die angestrebten Funktionen besonders geeignet und erstrebenswert sind. Festsattelscheibenbremse für Fahrzeuge, insbesondere Nutzfahrzeuge, deren Räder (2) jeweils mittels Radbolzen (3) an einer Radnabe (4) befestigt sind, mit einer im Bereich der Radnabe (4) vorgesehenen axial verschieblich gelagerten Bremsscheibe (5), welche zwischen Bremsbacken (6) z. B. pneumatisch oder hydraulisch einspannbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bremsscheibe (5) auf mindestens einer nach innen weisenden Bolzenverlängerung (7), insbesondere einer Radbolzenverlängerung, axial relativ zu der Radnabe (4) verstellbar geführt ist.1.
