Abstract

The invention is another embodiment of the original patent N° 200002167. It is comprised of a metal frame consisting of rails, the box for the mechanism and the box for concealing the panel. The sliding panel has a frame provided with a carriage on each side, one being tractor and the other one guide. The tractor carriage is provided with a thread and moves along the rail by means of a feed screw (worm), the other carriage moving along a guide bar. The mechanism box contains the motor, various devices and has sufficient space to receive part of the panel exceeding the hole, thereby enabling to clean externally the opposite side. By combining several of these frames with fixed panels, it is possible to obtain glazed enclosures with an automatic opening.

Description

DESCRIPTION

1.- TITLE: Automated sliding prefabricated window / door with direct traction for enclosures.

2.- SECTOR: Architectural constructions. Exterior carpentry with industrial engineering technology.

3.- STATE OF THE PREVIOUS TECHNIQUE: The current carpentry of windows or step windows are based on a frame made with profiles that are received to the hole and on which the glasses are applied, in this way the profiles are always visible from the outside, which aesthetically, sometimes, does not interest and on the other hand can be manipulated to the detriment of security, even if the glasses are shielded, another complementary system is needed, if security is to be guaranteed, such as metal bars or shutters.

On the other hand, there are no direct application mechanisms in the market to fully automate the opening and closing of windows, as if they exist in blinds or in industrial doors of elevators or large passageways such as hotels or commercial galleries, but still in In this case, the door panels do not slide recessed against security and tightness, as they are hung from cars at the top and loose or with a simple guide at the bottom that make them vulnerable.

The new invention constitutes another embodiment and incorporates new optional devices.

4.- EXPLANATION OF THE INVENTION: This is a prefabricated galvanized sheet, stainless steel or aluminum frame that is embedded in the enclosure during its construction.

The frame is formed by four perimeter profiles, the two sides are rails through which the sheet slides, a crowning profile that constitutes the mechanism box (1) and a lower one (12) that together with an intermediate crossbar make up the scattering box of the sheet (3), the space between the intermediate crossbar and the crowning profile constitutes the window opening (2). The edges of the rails and of the profiles that frame the hollow have sealing gaskets that adhere to the sheet.

One of the rails has a spindle (worm screw) (46) with a support at the head and another at the opposite end, equipped with bearings. In the header the spindle is connected to the drive system located in the mechanism box.

The other lane carries a guide (47) integral to it all along. The inner wings of the rails are removable to access the spindle and the guide which in turn are removable for replacement if necessary.

The upper profile of the frame that constitutes the mechanism box (1) has extra space

The mechanism box has a lid for access, basically houses the motor (43) and its electrical panel (44) but can also house: emergency battery (45), smoke detectors for automatic opening with alarm connection, extractor or air conditioner (65) that allows ventilation without opening the window or the air conditioning of the premises respectively, thermal fire detector (49), extinguishing equipment, rain sensor (67) and surveillance mini-camera (66).

In the case of centralized control, a general emergency battery can be included that allows the windows to be closed in the event of a power failure and include fault detectors of the system connected to the control panel with an alarm signal.

3- SECURITY: Security against intruders without the need to take complementary measures such as until now, such as metal bars or shutters, since with the proposed solution, the safety glass, being embedded throughout the perimeter of the hole, does not allow the introduction of a lever that forces its opening.

The upper profile has a safety contact bar (48) that interrupts the movement if it is operated. The lower profile has a square section tube reinforcement. The lateral profiles bear the sliding carriages described above.

The sheet is formed by a glass armored on the outside, a sealed air chamber and a glass unshielded on the inside.

The mechanism box contains the reduction motor (43) of 21w / 24v, the electrical panel of the motor (44) with the transformer and a transmission (41) composed of two sprockets and a chain that transmits the rotation to the spindle at the appropriate speed , an emergency battery (45) and an alarm in case of power failure and in the case of battery failure, it has a special part (68) coupled to the transmission, to

If the system is centralized, the battery would be located in the general control panel (24) and would be common for all windows and doors.

The rails have limit switches, both in the closed position (4), in the clean position (5) and in the open position (6), as well as a photoelectric or ultrasonic safety cell (38) located in the lower part of the hole, to interrupt the movement, as well as to detect attempts to manipulate the sheet from the outside. Claims

I ^a CLAIM:
