Field of the technique
The utility model relates to slip-sni (suspensory new improved), intended for a daily use as a man's underwear and appears to be a new improved model of the two prototypes: slip-s and slip - si. Slip-s is applied for registration by the same author - registration No. 99458 on 24.02.1995, accepted by the Expert Committee of the Patent Department of the Republic of Bulgaria with current patent number BG. 114 Yl. The improved model slip-si, is applied for registration under register No.101369 on 31.03.1997 and under register No. 101 599 on 11.06.1997.
The utility model slip-sni, as well as slip-s and slip-si, are distinguished from the known slips by the existence of the additionεilly formed in the sphere of the bottom the bag suspensory, successfully supporting the man's genitalia and creating comfort and suitability.
Preceding stage of the technique
Known are male slips, comprising front panel, bottom panel and back panel, connected by sewing stitch in a way such as in their upper part is formed a waist opening with suited under it haunch expansion and side leg openings. The slips are made out of soft knitted fabric as in the various models the leg openings may be lined with rubber piping (selvage) knit
Disadvantage of the known slips is that the modeling of the leg openings with rubber piping (selvage) knit presupposes a stronger binding of the upper part of the thighs which leads to an upset of the blood circulation and certain malfunctions of the heart activity. This disadvantage is avoided by lining of the leg openings with piping (selvage) knit which, on other hand, is deformed very fast, .as well as the rubber band of the leg openings, especi.ally when the underwear is washed daily. As a consequence of the piping (selvage) knit's deformation of the
2 leg openings, the testicles are moved and exit throughout the openings. The models with rubber piping (selvage) knit of the leg openings raise the cost of production, whereas their construction creates conditions for testicle touch with the body, leading to overfriction and overheating causing sterility.
Disadv .ntage of the two prototypes of slip-sni are the funnel hollows in slip- s and the shallow hollows in slip-si, collected the garbage and small particles of dirt by their use. Bt ide that, slip-s has a bad esthetic look because of the two angular edges, numbered with 8 on the registration No. 101 369 and with 9 on the registration No. 101 599, locking as small horns. Disadvantage of slip-si is also this that additional technological operations of the halfready slip are needed - cutting of the two angular edges 8 (9) and sewing of the cut place which raises the cost of production.
Essence of the utility model
The task of the utility model is to create a male slip which is to protect the advantages of slips-s and -si, while simultaneously to avoid their major disadvantages, e.g.: the new construction to provide also a successful support, convenience and comfort, avoiding any hollows collecting garbage and small particles of dirt, the oudook to be esthetically consistent and the production to be easier and cheaper .
The task is resolved by means of slip-sni including front, bottom and back panel, sewn together with a machine stitch in such a way as in their upper part has been modeled a waist opening, lined with a rubber band under which are modeled a hip expansion and leg openings. Between the lower part of the leg openings and the bottom of the slip appears considerable difference in level according the utility model and so the bag suspensory is formed.
The advantages of slip-sni are expressed first in the advantages which slip-s and -si has, namely: the bag-suspensory, faithfully supporting the male genitals both in peace and while the body is in motion, creating comfort and suitability while
3 used daily, whereas simultaneously protecting them from overfriction, overheating and displacement. Beside this, the slip according the utility model does not have hollows collecting garb .age and particles of dirt, its outlook is esthetically consistent, and its produ^tAn is easier and cheaper, because also within it, as well as within it's prototypes rubbers on the leg openings are absent On it the addition^ technological operations characterized for slip-si are dropped out. For its manufacture e not needed changes in the machine park and the technology of production of the general male slip.
Description of the figures
Exemplary execution of the utility model is shown in the attached Figure, representing a front view of the slip.
Examples for execution of the utility model
According to the utility model, slip-sni comprises of front 1, bottom 2 and back 3, sewn together by a machine stitch in such a way as in the upper part there is formed a waist opening 4, lined with a rubber band, under which are formed the hip extension 5 and the leg openings 6. The cut of the front 1 and the back 3 in their down part is additionally made longer compared with the produced until now slips so that a considerable difference in level "a" appears (for example 2 to 6 cm. and more) between the down leg openings 6 and the bottom 2 . On this way the bag suspensory 7 is formed, characterized also for the slips-s .and -si. The size "a" depends of the desired depth of ie bag and on it influences the number (the measure) and the slip's model.
According to the utility model, the slip is used as a daily male underwear, but as distinguished from the known slip models produced now, after putting it on the testicles are positioned in the bag-suspensory without being pressed .and are isolated from the body.
