Abstract

La présente invention concerne une machine de compression et dilatation volumétrique, comprenant un corps avec des rotors installés à l'intérieur, lesquels configurent des chambres de pression, des préchambres dans lesquels sont placés des récupérateurs de chaleur des gaz de sortie, des chambres de chauffe équipées soit d'injecteurs de combustible soit de corps de chauffe avec transmission extérieure de chaleur, et des chambres de dilatation raccordées séquentiellement entre elles par des distributeurs de gaz à valve ou à piston-valve. Sont également proposées des variantes de la conception d'un moteur à combustion interne, à chauffage externe en cycle fermé, avec graissage et garnitures de contact, et avec garnitures sans contact pour rotors non refroidis à mouvement strictement rotatif et ayant une vitesse circonférencielle de l'ordre de 100 m/s; la dernière version offre de meilleures perspectives de perfectionnement des caractéristiques de grand gabarit (masse spécifique inférieure à 0,1 kg/kWt). La récupération de chaleur des gaz de sortie assure un accroissement du rendement de 0,6 à 0,9. La machine en question est d'une construction extrêment simple en ce sens qu'elle comprend un minimum de pièces. L'aspect novateur réside dans la conception hautement écologique du point de vue du niveau de toxicité des gaz de sortie ainsi que dans le processus de production.
