Shows a side elevation view of the same assembly of the previous figure, properly assembled
Realización preferente de la invenciónPreferred Embodiment of the Invention
A la vista de estas figuras puede observarse cómo el dispositivo que se preconiza está estructurado a partir de un recipiente(l), formal y dimensionalmente adecuado al tipo de envase a enfriar o calentar, como por ejemplo con una configuración cilindrica acorde con el tamaño de un bote de cerveza, con su embocadura superior (2) abierta para recibirIn view of these figures it can be seen how the device that is recommended is structured from a container (1), formally and dimensionally suitable for the type of container to be cooled or heated, such as with a cylindrical configuration according to the size of a beer can, with its upper mouth (2) open to receive
') close to its lower extremity, for fixing the rest of the device and for retaining a thermal insulating coating (4), which minimizes as far as possible the thermal transmission between the container and the surrounding environment.
The container (1), whose lower base (5) is also open, receives at the level of said base (5) a Peltier cell (6), whose upper plate, which corresponds to the reference itself (6), is coupled in a window (7), formally and dimensionally coinciding with it, operatively practiced in a joint (8) of thermal silicone or any other suitable heat insulating material, while the lower plate (6 ') of the Peltier cell is embedded or coupled to a heat sink (9) that is fixed to the lower end of the container (1), specifically to the perimeter flange (1 ') of the latter, with interposition of said joint (8)
The contact between the Peltier cell and the bottom of the container (1) on the one hand and the heatsink (9) on the other, is carried out by interposing a pasty product such as silicone grease, whose appearance is a white viscous mass that It transmits heat and cold with great ease by evacuating any air bubble that could hinder thermal transmission from that contact.
The structure described is complemented by a small motor-fan (10), which will preferably also work in direct current and at the same voltage as the Peltier cell (6), which in turn is fixed to the heatsink (9), preferably by screwing and with interposition of another joint (1 1), counted for this purpose with holes (12), in its perimeter zone, which operatively face other holes (13) of the heat sink, as well as respective holes of the joints (8) and (1 1), allow the passage of fixing screws that are threaded into blind and threaded holes of the lower flange (V) of the container (l).
According to this structuring and depending on the nature of the plates (6-6 ') and the polarity of the applied voltage, the upper plate (6) will act as a cold plate,
HOJA DE SUSTITUCIÓN (REGLA 26) provocando el enfriamiento del envase alojado en el seno del recipiente(l), mientras que la placa (6') actuará como placa caliente, disipándose rápidamente el calor generado en la misma por efecto de la corriente de aire suministrada por el ventilador (10), con ayuda del disipador térmico (9), al objeto de mantener, a expensas, del salto térmico generado por la célula Peltier (6), el nivel térmico más bajo en el fondo del recipiente (1) o por el contrario la placa superior (6) puede actuar como placa caliente, cuyo nivel térmico será tanto mayor cuanto menos fría esté la placa inferior (6'), en cuyo caso el aire generado por el ventilador (10) es utilizado en el calentamiento del disipador térmico (9), que ahora actúa como absorvedor de frío de la citada placa inferior y fría (6').SUBSTITUTE SHEET (RULE 26) causing the cooling of the container housed within the container (l), while the plate (6 ') will act as a hot plate, the heat generated in it rapidly dissipating due to the air flow supplied by the fan (10) , with the help of the heat sink (9), in order to maintain, at the expense of the thermal jump generated by the Peltier cell (6), the lowest thermal level at the bottom of the container (1) or on the contrary the upper plate (6) can act as a hot plate, whose thermal level will be much higher the less cold the lower plate (6 ') is, in which case the air generated by the fan (10) is used in heating the heatsink (9) , which now acts as a cold absorber of said lower and cold plate (6 ').
For this purpose, an electrical polarity inverter will also be established in the power circuit of the Peltier cell (6). In addition, a potentiometer can also be included to control the maximum thermal reached by the device.
It only remains to point out, finally, that in figure 1 a plug terminal (14) attachable to the plug base for the lighter of a car has been represented, but that obviously any other type of plug suitable for the Energy source used in each case.
